Is it true that the 293 has 100 meters of water resistance compared to the other 9S64 movement models? The norm for the others says 30 meters.

Not quite sure I like the dial that much. But the case shape, the size, the quick adjust clasp. And the movement. This seems like to good a deal to pass up. It's cloding in on GS 9F territory in price. However, none of those have lume or an adjustment clasp, and are also slightly more dressy than I'd really like I think. The only thing that isn't perfect for me with this though is that it's not titanium, and thus relatively heavy for its size. But it's not too bad (although, when used to Ti, you don't think steels weight is good anymore).

I just purchased a new SBGN019. I love it. I've learned that GS no longer offers these models. They are not shown in their 'line up' under sport collection on their website.

Much prefer this over the SLGH005 for both the movement and aesthetics. The 005 is an absotkurlt gorgeous watch but actually too busy with the deep silver etching to be an every day watch for me and it causes legibly issues. Whereas the newer white birch SLGA009 is really easy to read and while the dial is more subtle it still has awesome detail. And spring drive, oh spring drive!

the green dial really increases the luxury characteristic. Not over greeny but a dark green, im looking forward to buying the green one with the rubber strap. Really fits with the term "sport luxury watch"
