a bright and shiny anime about a world that somehow makes *40k* look like a happy peaceful tale in an underpowered setting and somehow the most ridiculous thing about all of it is the character's capacity to do _math_ I'm not even kidding, a chaos invasion could happen at a random point on remnant and odds are good that nobody there would even notice because the Grimm would wipe it out by accident without breaking from their passive behavior enough to trip Salem's notice but even compared to that the fact that something like Penny legitimately makes sense in the setting is just utterly bonkers. both in the capacity to build her (Dust coming in so many types and interacting instantly with aura on a gradient scale produces some ABSURD potential for programming data structures, like, to the point where you could outperform a modern supercomputer while still using "sew dust into your clothes" era tech) and in the fact that it makes _sense_ that a single person was capable of designing a neural net from scratch while working primarily out of their head as a way to keep their work from being mass produced before it was properly understood. and no, she isn't some extreme outlier either: they've got gradeschoolers running the physics sims for their bodies in real time as part of their standard education and *all* of the BS that huntsmen pull off needs to be imagined and modeled in full for any of it to work. their actual power is straight up reality warping controlled by way of superimposing their understanding of reality over their actual reality...funnily enough this means that their in-setting belief that "aura" is just another type of energy is simultaneously both completely false and completely true.

I really hope this show does get picked up by someone so it can be finished. RWBY is a huge part of who I am.

This is still probably my favorite RWBY amv of all time and I come back to it regularly. I am obsessed with so many different parts and creative choices you made. It was honestly an inspiration to me to learn how to edit!
