Fantastic review, Abby! You are the ONLY reviewer to do such a nuts & bolts approach to reviewing especially this HRM. You even spent time contacting Garmin to verify the specifics of all that is covered in the warranty! Thank you! I’m happy to hear that it’s easy to clip & unclip with manicured nails. I love how your Peloton showed how much battery life was left. Did your treadmill screen show the HRM Fit’s battery life too? So much of the HRM Fit looks great but I can’t get over that the battery case is essentially impossible to open - & you tried EVERYTHING. That’s a real problem for me as I do work out 2-3 hours per day & may need to swap out the batteries every few months which is typically easy to do. I do need the accuracy of a chest heart rate monitor & currently use the Polar H9 whose battery also lasts practically indefinitely. But it can be a bit uncomfortable to wear under a sports bra. I was so intrigued by the Garmin HRM Fit. If this is sold in retail sporting goods or running stores, I may ask to take a look at it & see if I can (or the salesperson can) loosen the battery case with a coin. That could be a deal breaker if we can’t open the battery case. Thank you again for doing what no one else does - you really test these things! The male reviewers treat it like kryptonite. You as a woman don’t. 💚

Usually, it's best to update every 2 iterrations of the same tech. I've upgraded from Z flip 3 to 5 and paid peanuts in comparison to Z flip 6. In my view, they fall apart after approx 2 years due to their vulernable design as too many things can go wrong in comparison to a tablet style phone. Therefore, get a decent second hand phone with the genuine receipt and having the remaining balance of warranty which wont be as long as new. However, they are throw away items now.

I’m so happy you will be reviewing the HRM Fit! Thank you for showing the unboxing! This has been a product I’m really interested in although the price tag looks like a pink tax. I do have a few questions that I’m curious about as I use a sports bra similar to the one you showed. Does it feel comfortable? Is it easy to attach & detach especially if you have manicured nails? How is the accuracy compared with your Venu 3s? How easy is it to change the battery? Can it pair simultaneously with any equipment you use & Garmin Connect at the same time? (I remember you reviewed a treadmill?) Thank you again!
