'Signals' was the album that got me into Rush in 1982 when I was 16! Some of the older guy's didn't like it at first and blamed it for Rush using 'TOO MUCH KEYBOARD', but I STILL ARGUE that 'Moving Pictures' a year earlier had JUST AS MUCH KEYBOARD as 'Signals' just the OLD SCHOOL 1970's style. I needed this album as a DOORWAY to becoming a Rush fan. After this I collected all of the 8 earlier studio albums, and bought every new one as they came out! I love this album! It defines the music of the 1980's for me! I think it's a MASTERPIECE, and MOST of those 'OLDER GUY'S' have also come to except that FACT!!

She interjected rapping in some other songs and she did them in Pilipino, which is the national language of the Philippines.

Dimash phoned Igor late one evening saying he wanted to discuss his ideas for a version of Ave Maria, based on THE 4 notes that form the basis of the original version, but for it to be non sectarian ( there are many many styles going way back).So having shared his ideas they discussed further and once they felt satisfied with their combined version, Igor composed it and by morning their version had been created. So beautuful without words.
