As dfpamg said there is 10y Arcane Explosion reduction aura at altars. Also on most locations altar is too far away from spirit to get there before phase-out happens.

Hey there, With 30% ICC buff kill times, you can actually easily beat Fire as Arcane on handfull of encounters. It's just about good RNG of not being forced to move too much by mechanics and obviously having proper Arcane gear (which most of us wasn't focused on through the progression). :)

@@Kyjooo At the beginning I recommend getting another 4 points into 5/5 Shatter and next in line Ice Block to delete potential "Dazed". After that it is not much important but getting more Ice Shards and Piercing Ice points makes the most sense. :)
