Tooliom TL-200T High Frequency TIG/Stick Welding Machine Review

Complete review and demonstration of the Tooliom TL-200T High Frequency TIG & Stick welding Machine. Tooliom is a little known brand I stumbled upon one day while browsing the internet and doing some product research on HF TIG welders. The TL-200T came at a great price, and at first I didn’t have much confidence, but decided to take the risk. Tooliom did not let me down.

Great video, thanks!
Thank you so much awesome video much appreciated 👏 😊
Thank you for watching😀
Those pennies probably add up to more than what youtube pays
@@weirdwillie 😂😂😂i believe it
6010 just sucks! It always has, always will. Why use 6010 when you can use 6011?
I agree with ya
no one ever says welding easy on the body, vid playback always shows the contorions weldors force their bodies into
definitely not easy on the body
Great work artist ❤
Appreciate you my friend
My husband and I just fixed our Amana drying machine Thanks to this video Very helpful
Thanks for watching and for the kind words 👍👍👍
Thank you so much for this. Dryer belt broke Christmas Eve night. Stuck all day Christmas with wet clothes, lol.😂
I already subscribe to your channel idol
I appreciate you
thanks you are the only one who showed the ground needing to be hooked to the pos side!!
I will do a video on setting up a tig machine in detail, this week if you want to come back and check it out
Hey just posted a video how to set up a tig welder if you want to check it out its on my channel.
Why did my drum fall off ?
If I remember correctly the drum will fall off when the front side panel is removed you should be able to just stick the drum back where it was and it will secure when you re-install front panel
Now how do you put the front back on
should slide straight down the same way it came out Dont be afraid to give it a little persusion if it wont go back in and by persuasion I mean…(brute force) kidding don’t go breaking your dryer (persuasion usually works though)
Thanks a lot for making this video. My stupid dryer started making high pitch squeaks, and I thought it was going to a huge pain to change the belt. But no, you made this very easy and simple. Thanks a lot for the instructions. Thumb up
Appreciate it! Glad I could help. 👍
Thank you for this video. I never even took apart a dryer and today you helped me replace the belt and showed me where the tension wheel goes and how to run the belt through it.
Love to hear it my friend, glad it helped, and I thank you for watching my video, best of luck to you
One of the best vids
5/16 or 1/4 inch
if i remember correctly it was 5/16
Followed the instructions and removed the wire bit you had issue with with a Phillips by unscrewing the plastic bit attached to the door
Hi I have a question I bought this welder but I was surprised it doesn’t have foot paddle for Tig weld i confused some of them have and some not so what the paddle do give voltage? Thank you for your time I LK&SB
The foot pedal controls the amperage during the weld this machine doesnt come with one it is scratch start TIG only meaning you scratch the work piece with the tungsten to start the arc similar how you would strike up a stick rod
@ Thank you just like you did in the video

My XT8000E starts usually very good but I use non ethanol gas and a fuel stabilizer. The hour meter failed though at around 23 hours I believe and had to buy another and found they are rather high priced. For some reason, it wasn't designed to charge the battery when running which is a flaw. If you read the manual, you will find the valve clearance is supposed to be adjusted at 50 hours. If you want to do the valve adjustment yourself, it's best to get a service manual. It can be challenging to get a service manual though from a dealer I found but a digital pdf version doesn't cost anything. If you read the small print about the specifications, you may be dismayed to find that the maximum wattage is limited by the air temperature above only 60 degrees F! So if you use it during the summer where can get rather hot out, the output will be less than the rated power. It decreases 1% for every 10 degrees F above 60 degrees F. The output power also depends upon the fuel BTU content and also the elevation.

awesome dude!
Piece of cake. Thanks!
Thanks for watching 👍
What a joke. I lay on the ground, put a socket in the nut , and 6:20 Wah lah. Blade is off. This is for nit wits I guess😂. NEW BLADES ARE OLD AS CRAP😂😂😂😂
For anyone who winds up here with a NED5800HW model, this repair is done by taking off the top and back panel. Hopefully, I can save someone the hour I wasted trying to get it from the front. 😅 The pully routing part of this video was clutch. Thanks, OP!
I needed this video thank you! 🙏 🎉
You're welcome! Glad to help! 👍
This totally helped me out. Thank you so so much!!!
Thank you for watching my channel✌️✌️✌️Im glad it helped 😁
You have horrible form
I have the exact same dryer, only difference is I can take the wire harness apart, just pull up on a small tab and pull apart..
hey, yes, you can take the wiring harness apart, I didn’t wanna mess with it too hard mine was difficult, didn’t want to break it potentially, thanks for sharing this info with other viewers though and thanks for watching😎
thank you so much looks pretty easy my 83 year old neighbor asked me to take a look at her dryer for her i'm sure i can help her out now that i watched your video
Nice! We gotta look out for our elders for sure!!!!! Hope you were able to help her out😎
Good work
Appreciate it! 👍
Awesome tutorial!
Thank you so much, $15 repair. Quick and easy thanks to your video. You're a good man.
Thank u so much two girls just did a big girl thing thanks to u king
Thanks for the video. I was able to replace the belt on my dryer (same model) thanks to it. Got a repair kit on Amazon that included a pulley.
Awesome glad to hear it! 👍
After you get that belt on, change the battery in that smoke detector 😅😅😅😅😅
You know thats not happening 😂😂😂😂
I had problems with the accu set screw pin shearing off and the 4 mode setting switch just fell apart. I got it back going though. Thank you for this. I been welding over 40 years. A good paying trade
That sucks about the pin but glad you got it going 👍
To make it a lil stouter you can screw the tensioner down then put a long screw in that slot to the left with a string going to the tensioner then tighten down the screw.😅
The wiring on the side does come off!! There’s a tab ur supposed to lift up to pull it off
didn’t think i’d b arc flashed from a video
lol my bad
You definitely need to get it wet before you smash.
Why?
Thats what Ive heard many-a-time, Honestly what is the specific reason though? I dont recall noticing a difference, so I just stopped wetting
Just fixed my grandmas dryer in like 15 min cause of ur video thank you !!! Saved her a ton of money !!
Awesome, glad it helped! 👍
what is the clanging noise?
Dryer back working!! Spent under $12 on amazon for a belt. 💯💯💯
You’re the best thank you
You're welcome!
Do you need a foot pedal for this machine for tig
no you do not
5/16
I never comment or like videos but this helped me out so shout out to you . Total cost of this was $15 so thanks my guy!🫡
Thank you I was getting pretty frustrated pulling the back apart lol
Exactly the vid I needed thx👍. I'm about to replace my belt; and I can only imagine how many guitar picks I will find😅
I have lost so many guitar pics hahahha
93 octane gas is not premium gas that automatically better for your engine. It is better for certain engines like high compression engines or engines that are not running well. This is a simple small engine and you are not taking extra care of it with high octane gas, you're just wasting money. Some automobile engines not designed for high octane gas will get a check engine light from high octane gas. More expensive doesn't always mean better.
