    ITS NOT ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT..ITS ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE ALLOWED TO DO. IF YOU'RE NOT FIT, YOU CAN'T EXECUTE..IF YOU CAN'T SERVE PROPERLY, THERE'S YOUR +1 CHANCE GONE OUT THE WINDOW. ETC ETC. AGRESSION IS NOT THE KEY!! ITS THE DESIRE TO COMPETE AND TO ACCOMPLISH EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN PREPARATION TO EXECUTE WITH CONFIDENCE. ITS ALL ABOUT FITNESS TRAINING DRILLS & PRACTICE.

    So what is your solution for low balls? It's the second video I watch in two days where the problem is presented but no solution is offered. And no, as I use the eastern grip, I have no problem whatsoever hitting with heavy topspin, or light topspin, or flat. Plus of course no problem at all with low balls. The eastern is the most versatile grip.

    Glad to see that pickleball is becoming popular in Asia, like Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, etc. I have been playing pickleball for more than one and a half years in Michigan, USA, and enjoying every minute of it. I have good experience in ping-pong and tennis; however, it still takes me some time and efforts for me to convert my point-pong and tennis techniques into my pickleball skill sets. I would say that pickleball is a little bit addictive since it is a combination of exercises and social networking. Have fun and enjoy the journey of pickleball.

    Those slices are extremely easy to return, there are some slicers that when they slice the ball it barely bounces and it is so hard to return over and over again without making mistakes

    Nice video. I think the modern FH has zero back swing ... sets up like your Rafa, then load up with core rotation, then crack the whip. There's a nice video of Sinner's out there, showing his wrist pronated when loaded just before he cracks the whip.

    Great, I always learn this to the my students, it’s defensive but it can be offensive too, anticipating a second serve for example and follow to the net , old school but still effective.

    The good slice players I know do not dink the ball like your partner was doing over there, they put a deep, low, pace slice on their shots and have amazing accuracy making it very hard to play a power game against them. How do you go against that?

  • @bigrobsydney
    @bigrobsydney 7 месяцев назад

    This is USUALLY a defensive shot. If you have the time to hit a topspin forehand, then I'd suggest you learn how to really crush that shot, because perfecting that shot will put you on the offense, and will allow you to dictate the point.

      With a dampener on the O3, it feels quite similar to a Pure Strike Team.
