It sucks that you cant return to your world
I don’t understand what goes wrong with the main generator when it stops making power.. the output level is extremely low and it just stays like that… I don’t know why this happens.. 🤷♂️⚡️
There could be multiple reasons. If it has a processor in it, it will try to match the power output to the power demand. So the more stuff you switch on, the higher the output will become, but it takes time for it to adapt. If you remove the processor, it will simply keep increasing power output until it starts frying systems and overheating the pod. Other than that, I can't think of why the output would remain low, maybe it got damaged. It has been a long time since I've played the game though.
@@ChucksIndieGalaxy ok thanks, maybe that’s why it stays low. It gets damaged in an asteroid field and the output goes down almost to zero. So then I turn everything off to try and save power but because the demand is now low maybe that’s why the output never climbs up again… 🤔 thanks

Any tricks on killing a CIWS? I've fired missiles and 160's, but nothing ever hits.
Most important tip with the 160mm: You can move the cursor WHILE IT SHOOTS and spread the effect over a larger area, taking out an entire convoy of vehicles.

i had once my spare co2 bottel glitch behind the 02 system it was bad because no i had to be constant at the live support to switch out the bottels

My game crashed the moment AL-AN was about to make the ship, so I came here to see the ending, as I'm fucking scared to see where was the last time I saved 😭👍 I really liked this ending

So about them getting annoyed if you ready a question but in a different way this is actually a really standard tactic in an interaction or even just a hostile interview (you may think it’s just a friendly chat, it isn’t! If you are talking to law enforcement it’s always a hostile interview and they are looking for anything you have done wrong even if you didn’t know it was a crime, heck they will outright make stuff up in a effort to fluster you to get more info and get you to slip up, this isn’t crazy paranoia this was from the mouth of an ex detective that now dose lectures on how law enforcement works to law school students).
How the fuck did you convince me to buy it in 30 seconds? What the hell?
I just bought this and figured a new thing out today about airlocks. I had to dock to an airlock that contained an enemy, it got killed by my turret but the enemy then blocked the airlock. So I thought, is this game over? Apparently no, but I discovered a crucial fact about what I should've done next. All the doors in the room were unpowered, so only the airlock could be opened. I had two drones in the dockingbay and two inside the room of the ship. I couldn't close the airlock, but I could dock to another airlock, but first the game warned me and asked me to confirm that I wanted to redock with a malfunctioning airlock. Now, here's the crucial part. If I had put all my drones inside the dockingbay, they would've all been fine. What happened is, the drones in the room got vented and the ones in the dockingbay survived unscathed. One of the vented drones got saved by the ships "collector", but now you know that the dockingbay is the safer than the room when docking.

Good video. I would say for new players to start with playing Classic mode in the DLC (if they have it). It is very similar to the base game, but some of the annoying parts of the base game are easier with the DLC.

It's a shame BZ has all these flaws, some of the parts of the world and the ending cutscene are just amazing
tks, i try to do what you do. this game its kind of complicated if you dont have so much idea about how Software bussines work.
the racing line is actually really intelligent. it’s just misunderstood. It’s not inconsistent, it just isn’t static. It takes into account your lean angle, trajectory, and speed. Dont look at it like a signal to brake or gas, its more of an indicator for how hard you should be on the throttle based on your lean and trajectory.

Infinifactory is higher than 2/5 difficulty on the intermediate to advanced stages.
No sense of speed at all in this game, feels like im riding a turtle
A little advice from a guy with more than 300 hours in this game. Always make your main character a designer with high creativity. It really matters, especially on higher difficulties. Yes, it has some disadvantages but pros way higher than cons. It's really hard to find decent lead designer during you playthrough and your sales heavily rely on product creativity.
God I hope they make another
The only thing i like more about the final BZ version than the beta, is that alan borrows you his arms to let him help you, and the "with you, I'm ready to face whatever awaits". Pretty much everything else was a letdown. Even marg didn't play a role like she used to
Say I left my big ship in one of the hangers, in order to use that ship again, do I have to go back to the same hanger that I left it in or can I access it at any of the other hangers?
This game is making me feel extremely stupid. What tends to happen is I take over a few cities but then I come to another one and the group defending it are simply too powerful. I can't DO anything against them. What the hell am I meant to do when I'm one small ship at a time and the enemy is 3 or 4 of them blasting seemingly countless missiles at me? If I try to shoot bigger guns at longer ranges I simply miss all the time. I don't have enough missiles for this kind of thing.
The learning curve is steep and the game can be very punishing. I'll probably need to revisit this at some point to cover some additional longer term strategies for mid to late game.
@@ChucksIndieGalaxy Well, I found one solution... Downloading custom ships. The Kodiak singlehandedly took out three strike groups, four enemy bases, and Khiva.
@@ChucksIndieGalaxy I have a probably dumb question. What does Crew actually do? I believe at least one of the giant ships I downloaded has about 30% crew by default.
I just started playing this yesterday. I love it. I thought it was a battery powered by electricity. Is the ship heavier with a full charge? That’s bogus.
My personal favorite is Men of War: Assault Squad 2, it's very similar to COH2 and I've just fallen in love with it. Never played the campaign though, only the skirmishes, but I have hundreds of hours in it. Replayability is awesome. Awesome video about COH2 though :)

As much harp as this ending of below zero gets, it’s still an awesome sequence, there is still much to be desired from the ending but it’s still pretty cool.
I created my first software when I got 10M from contracts. Even after that it did sold any good
currently all those switches can be activated at random order as long as ignition is engaged last. also its possible to switch first into battery charge mode so it charges batteries as soon as ignition is flipped. simply put reactor into battery mode and after it finishes its "boot up check" flip the switch on to charge and then start flipping the rest of switches as quickly as possible in random order(whatever sequence can you complete the fastest) and ignition last. boots up reactor on single battery that is almost empty. xD
you'd think someone interfacing for the first time with antigrav alien manipulators would try to get a feel for them first like moving a little around for a few second at least, moving a rock, or see if they can push the mass off snow off the pillar instead of almost dropping the obelisk down a cliff. XD
imo immersion is the little things. i remember playing this janky alien game where you scan for aliens or ufos, it was mostly boring but also very immersive and suprisingly compelling. It was the little chores that really made the game, you scanned by aligning giant radar dishes, but occasionally they'd get out of wack and you'd have to hop into your golf cart for a bit to go tweak them by a degree or two. Not to mention that while you where working at the station you could put on some light music and get yourself a cup of coffee, it doesn't do anything but it was nice.

There are also different types of ships, like Anti Air, Tankers, and Aircraft carriers. I started my first playthrough with no AA or Tankers and I was left catching transports with the capital SHIP
If you are falling a lil too fast in vtol you can hit your afterburner for an "air brake" assist. Has saved my ship several times in early game
is investing in bonds a good idea?
