I really loved it, it was truly unique, with the gang becoming who they was dressed up as and to see all the roles within the group swapped. It was also such a great episode for Willow, she is really starting to glow and come out of her shell x

Thank you for you comment, and I know my content has potential, but at this time I wouldn't say it is excellent. There are many areas I can & need to improve on, some of which are held back due to financial reasons, others are due to lack of experience being a new RUclipsr & new to computers. I try to learn & improve from every video I make and I am happy with the small progress my channel has been making in both its growth & my own growth. With the exception for the film and shows I base my video content on & the occasional photo that a friend takes, everything else on this channel is my own making; all the content is what I record & I do the tons editing that is needed too. So thank you for the offer but as I can not afford to pay anyone for help, I will politely decline. I am happy going at my own pace so I can learn and grow with my channel. @@Mia_D.Davies All I know is that after the writer whose name is on the credits turned it in, he was fired after said script was read and Joss re-wrote it to what this episode is. I don't even remember where I originally heard that because its not one of the more famous behind the scenes moments fans heard about. At this point it feels more like a old-wives tale, but I know originally it came from a solid source and wasn't fan theory and/or rumor.

Ohh wow, I would love to know what the could have been episode would have been about, all well, that is still interesting to hear about these cool fact and story from back then x

@@killianlpc it was truly a fun episode something really different and I loved it, and yes, a couple of biggest glow up yet for Giles and Willow x

@@killianlpc definitely one of them more weaker episodes of the series but yeah, I am loving this series so much and I can’t wait to see all the other things start to unfold x

@@trexinvert I think they are both pretty close, closer than Giles anyway. However it’s hard to say as Drusila talks very slow and sound very depressed whereas Spike is very charismatic and energetic. Also the thing with the UK is that we have so many different accents depending where people are from, I’m from and live in the South so I consider London North (and they have different accents there, which are not close to Giles), whereas people from there would say something different. The only people in the UK that sound/speak like Giles are those who are stuck heavily in the past, I only ever met one person like that and he would be into all the old vintage stuff and wear clothes from like the 70’s x

@@Mia_D.Davies Absolutely, now "who are these weirdos" that actually comment they liked that movie. Reactor, Ashleigh Burton summed it up the best in her video. Producers decided to give up and salvage as a parody with good old Pee Wee having the best lines. Anyways, I will be enjoying following your reactions. I like that you are immediate Cordelia hater, me too. That speaks volumes about our high school experience. I hate the instant Cordy lovers. We need time. Xander would agree. Willow would say, never. Buffy "used" to be that, but she changed. A major super power. BTW, are you British or an Aussie. You birdies are all smitten by Rupert Giles.

@@trexinvert thank you 🥰🥰, I am really enjoying this new hobby i picked up. Yeah, Cordy was definitely one of my least favourite characters to start but now it’s between her and Willow. Yeah, I’ve had a few different journeys through my school years, went from being one of popular kids in one school, to new kid with no friends, put of a bully group, to bullied cos I left the group. I’m British based in England x

@Mia_D.Davies Spike did say "you were my sire, man, you were my Yoda!" So at this point we know what Spike claimed, and and Angel did say "I thought you to guard your perimeter," or something along those lines. So yeah, you definitely caught that!

@@seanmcmurphy4744 oh she tried to kill him, I thought she had a case of double change mind, after going in for the kill but then it looked like to me she hesitated because of how she felt but I guess I was wrong. But as good as people may be, I feel like most people would succumb to that sort of situation, I know I probably would have given in when faced with death just to stay alive, but I’d hunt out criminals rather than innocent people x

@@Mia_D.Davies I never noticed that. I went back and looked at it again and yeah, she looks like she changes her mind. She is a truly tragic figure. I really don't know what I'd do in her situation.

@ yeah, I just felt really bad for her as she didn’t seem like an evil person, yes a lot of choices she made was bad but ultimately what would any of us do in that situation! It’s kinda of impossible to say, regardless whatever good intentions you may have, unless you’re actually put in that situation x

lol,I’m just new and don’t know how to do all the green screen editing yet, but will be investing more into the channel over time with better equipment and stuff. For now I wanna just focus on improving my presentation skills, communication skills and just enjoy watching film and chatting to who ever about them x

Wow the budget explains the later films then. Cool, yes of course if not for the first two, we would’ve got any of the future despite the future ones not being as well received x

Yes I loved it, I felt it had the perfect balance of seriousness and silly, the only two times it went a little to silly was when the robber that got hit with the lawnmower and then fell though the floor, and that was more the films editing choice making it look like he fell for more than a few floors. I also liked the stairs going into the back of the house where the woman tried to jump over one trap just to get caught on the second one being the cut hand rails. An honourable mention to the first trip the long haired guy fall for thinking the trip was just red string. What was yours? x

I understand! He sure would have got more injuries than just a haircut and when he falls through the floors the editing makes it look much worse than it looks, even if it’s a bit funny when he lands on the toilet😂 That one with the womans attempts at the stairs is one of my favourites too, she thinks she’s so smart and like ”Nice try, kid” lol. Must admit that she is kinda badass in the second attempt when she cracks her spine back into place and does the 10/10 backflips! My favourites are the following: The electrocutions, especially with the guy with the long hair. The boxing glove trap in the closet that hits the guy in the groin before landing on the rifle, love the face expressions Alex and the robber does😂😂 The womans attempt at the stairs as mentioned thinking she outsmarted Alex. When the longhaired guy fell down the stairs while having he’s feet stuck in the boxes of glue lol. And last but not least when Doris climbs up the robbers suit and the woman then hits him sooo hard making him scream in operatic lol. And gives us the iconic line ”You smacked my winkie”😂😂

@ yes they are all of the best ones easily. It is such a shame. They didn’t make a sequel to this one before trying to go back to the Kevin storyline x

@auskpylate I loved this one, I feel like it had the perfect balance between comedy, silly and seriousness. But I think the thing I appreciated the most was that it actually showed the kid having a lot more time to set up traps and not feel like it was all done within a couple hours like it did in the first two x

Yeah they really turned it up when it comes to the traps for sure😂 that would have been something. And it would probably be too much.. They are definitelly hard to watch and I think it was the 10th movie that came out last year😅 Haven’t seen it but I will do. Time will tell if we ever will have a Home Alone 10.. But then it has gone too far😂 they should have stopped at 3 imo!

@@erikbergman3694 I know there is at least 10 of them because I do recall seeing a ad for one at one point with it being called Saw X, maybe but with the poor reviews of the last 3 and the latest one only coming out recently, it might be awhile I should imagine before another comes out as they would want to try and do complete rethink for any future instalments x

That's cool to know, I was trying to gauge what year the films are set in in, as they give off an older feel to when they was released in 90's x

I do hope, I am able to get some references/homages in this series while watching, but thank you for aways pointing them out to me :) That was very sad, I may have forgotten/missed it, but I wasn't sure on how much time had passed since the accident, I can't even imagine what it would be like for a parent to lose a child, but she was completely dismissive of her other child x

It does look like he has it bad for Buffy, but he need to learn to move on, otherwise he will continue to be oblivious to all his options that would be far better for him other than waiting on someone that does not see him that way. Xander is rather clueless... he's been best friends with Willow since they were 5 years old apparently, so subconsciously he's put her in the friend zone as not someone exciting and new and date-worthy. 🤦‍♂️ In my opinion Willow deserves better anyways. Xander is emotionally less mature than his friends, clearly.

@@ernesthakey3396 He is so clueless. All three of them need someone outside of there friend group, otherwise if two of them where to get together, it can very easily break the friend group. I've been part of two friend groups now that got broken due to two of the friends in the group getting together x

Yes, for Cordy to think like that's to far and go to Buffy, truly shows how much pain Buffy is suffering with inside to be that bad with her friends. That was a nice comedic moment from Anointed. This was a great start to season 2 and I am really excited for this half way point where the show really kicks off, based on what I've heard x

Your commentary on the use of makeup etc was well said, if he had the courage to face the world it could have worked, people do go through terrible things and manage to get back to living their lives after bad accidents and the like. It was fun that you mentioned not having seen a Frankenstein-inspired episode, and here we have "Bride of Frankenstein" redux! The show really does like paying homage to old monster movies. 🙂

@@ernesthakey3396 Literally, I've seen people with facial birth defects as well as some very questionable life style looks out in public without a care of what other people think of them, and yes it was a bit eye catching at first but in the end I didn't care about what they was up to. So he would have been completely fine even without make-up. The closest thing I've seen to a Frankenstein would be in one of the old episodes of Doctor Who, so I will have to dive into monster films at some point x

@@Mia_D.Davies I think the idea was that the vampires were laying low after the death of the Master. But that seemed a bit thin. My own head canon is that the Annointed one had ordered them not to draw attention to themselves while he rebuilt his following, and they might not have realized the Slayer had left town.

@@valinny8571 awesome I really loved the whole concept of the nightmare episode, it was just absolutely, amazing, unique and brilliant seeing everyone’s nightmares come to life on the screen. Cordelia’s nightmares was my favourite out of the lot but Buffy’s/Giles nightmare of Buffy becoming a Vampire was also cool x
