@Cantentfarmer sad thing is all of the Nvidia gpu line up is named wrong. The performance difference is little to none going from the 4080 to the 5080 9% to 13% isn't good that like going from 100fps to 113 fps in a game

@virtualmind9341 Ya, I agree with you on that price, and the 7800 xt should have been called the 7900xt, and the 7900GRE is to me is technically the true 7800xt

700€ here would be instant buy 4080 was 1300€ with the 5080 shortages they saw their chance to raise them to 1600€ 5080 1800-200€ And 4070ti is 1000€

@morpheus_9 I am hoping that it will be $499.00 for the reference models and performance is around the 4080 and 7900XTX for rester performance at 4k and with at least 4070Ti super RayTracing or better that would be awesome. I would probably buy it and do some benchmarks and some game play videos with it

@TheSlimjim13579 It doesn't make any kind of sense to me either. The 5080 avg is only like 9% faster that's like going from 100fps in a game to 109 fps nothing to get exited about

I did an updated benchmark run on the game using DirectX 11 full 1440p, and for some reason, it runs faster on DirectX 11 than it did on DirectX 12 with upsclaling

@SubjectE57 I would love to get my hands on a 4090 to see what it is like, but I am very much happy with my 7900xt. I play my games at 1440p, no upsclaling and most of the games I play get 165fps+

@@SilverbeardGaming Having a 4090 is pretty sweet, but even it chugs with things like path-tracing. Frame-generation introduces noticeable input lag, looks good in videos but feels horrible to play. The only scenario I'd use the new frame gen would be if I could already run the game at 200fps and I wanted to max out one of those new 540Hz monitors.

@ShioYT Me personally, I am not a fan of upsclaling at all DLSS nor FSR on high-end gpus. It is making game developmenters lazy and not optimizing their games

@@SilverbeardGaming I feel like game optimization was already on a downwards trend before we had upscalers and frame generation. I think DLSS was just a multiplier

@PhoenixAscension554 You got that right. Games ran way way better back 8 years ago and really don't look that much better than then either. Game developers don't optimize anymore just take the easy way out

Ya i am waiting for the DLC content to go on sale, i am hoping the Farm DLC goes on sale soon that looks fun
