its great to see you out on the mtb jake there are quite a few pro moto cross riders who use downhill mtb racing as part of there winter training.

Flipping heck ! Jacks OTB crash was horrible ! Won't put him off riding more though I bet, despite that it's good viewing seeing a variety of two wheeled fun. Good video. Jack's crash was a big one. After breaking my tib and fib 2 years ago at the age of 51 doing MX I got a Emtb but they are so quick and no safer than MX

Brilliant thank you, really entertaining, My son and I both ride motocross as well as mountain biking and road cycling, definitely resonate with the vibe you felt at your event, cliches aside MTB does engender a community spirit which seems to be sadly disappearing in MX

i have raced this 5 times, wicked week of riding - had torrential rain one year which was insane - one year had miles and miles of snow and the next there was only snow at the top of the glacier - anyone who rides mtb should go and do it at least once
