Your comments about driving everywhere is great. The reason is our zoning regulations. This was forced on the people so long ago that we consider it logical. We do not allow different types of businesses to be mixed up. So for example if I want a certain amount of wood I must drive to the nearest lumberyard. It's really crazy

You are so right about movies with a lot of violence. This comes from the producers of Am. movies. Most of them think only in simple terms. Most are prob educational drop outs. Yes Am movies are only for 12 year olds.

Still looking for the qualities that make men and women unequal. My opinion is that while Kamala can improve the lives for women, it means nothing for us men. We matter too. I also think Trump can lead the country better from the exterior. The threat of war. Relations between North Korea were good on Trump’s last term, and war wasn’t even considered during his run. The “American dream” is something he’s striving to accomplish, better lives for everyone. Not just women or minorities. We need a leader for this country, ultimately why trump got more votes than Kamala, the appeal for men’s values didn’t exist And I think as a leader, Trump has more potential than Kamala. Supported by the fact that Kamala wants to focus on “minorities” rights

Im just hearing about these protests. Coming from a state in the US ,maine, that has greater disparity in tourist/native rates. It's caused definitely fueled HCOL. It's too bad in my opinion that the people take their rage out on the tourists and not the landlords.

It’s peaking my interest to come visit and possibly move there. Do you think it would be a good place for a single person to move to? Would you describe it as a breath of fresh air moving there from the U.S.?

To be fair, it might be true that most Americans don't have bidet toilet in their apartments or houses. But, I live in California and have had bidet toilets in my two bathrooms since at least 12 years ago. I guess it is dependent upon your ability to pay for the more expensive smart toilet or not.

I live in Peru. I am peruvian. Racism, machism and discrimination exist. Good neighbors and ugly neighbors also. I love the good things of my country. I wont let some sad people change my mind. Every place has pros and cons. Take the best of each place let you grow.

As a Spaniard and a parent I usally have a beer with my wife and friends while our daugher/sons play together. (2-3yo) play together. Sometimes we take turns in watching the kids depending on the place. It's pretty neat. We are a community and it's important to take care of each other. And having a family doesn't mean you can't hang out with your friends.

I totally agree with you and your comments. We're planning to retire in Spain, we have visited Spain and everything you said is true. We have been to Madrid and Bilbao, Basque Country. Estamos pensando radicarnos en la area de Bilbao, pero sabemos que todo el país de España es lindo.

it ain't a "Seattle thing", is a US thing, and this is taking to a lethal extreme by the police (there is no way to avoid reading or seeing about police killing civilians just about every week all across the US, and the reasons often are "mistaken identity" police scare they may get hurt", or simply whites on black, or white on Latino hate crime by the police. That is internally, externally, the US has not stopped invading countries and killing thousands of people all across the globe since its creation - that is a fact, not my opinion... So USA, heck no, we don't want them even as allies! I moved from Spain to the US, California, am moving back to Spain, as the US could not pay me enough to live in that perverse society.
