Where’d you find the license plate bracket and turn signals?
The license plate bracket is a Kuryakyn piece that goes between the rear fender and the tail light. The turn signals are called Fillerz from custom dynamics. I actually still have them sitting in a box if you’re interested
🔥
You’re on fire?
😎👍👍🇺🇸
Thanks!

Yep
Hell yea, it is!!!
Always nice to have free food and alcohol at a concert
Have fun!
Thank you, concert starts in a few minutes. I’ll be sure to post more shorts

Rolled Stones booed in Vancouver after praising comrade Trudeau
Ok
You could have it altered/let out.
I talked to multiple tailors about it, they would have to add in an extra panel which may 1. Compromise the structural integrity of the jacket, 2. Change the appearance of the jacket. It was tight in so many areas that I was told it would be easier and probably almost the same cost just buying a larger size. Doing it this way cost me probably four dollars in leather conditioner :-). Thank you for watching and I appreciate the comment
I put some 12 inch Dominator bars just like those and it was way more difficult job than doing the S&S cam chest upgrade.
I remember doing it and thinking to myself that it took so much longer than I expected. Thanks for watching!
I have owned several Harley's threw the years but my 2017 Ultra limited is the best Harley I have ever owned.
I loved everything about that bike except for one thing, I could never stop the turbulence. Tried multiple windscreens, all the different wind blocking devices, nothing helped above 75 miles an hour. I do miss the bike, she was beautiful
😎👍👍
Thanks for watching again, I appreciate it
I just got a quote for $600 for the 1000 mile change from 2 different dealerships. Screw that!
I feel your pain… Sad thing is I’m probably going to have to get my 10,000 miles service done at the dealership. My warranty runs out right about the same time as I should hit 10,000 miles so I wanna make sure anything they find in any updates that need to be done are done under warranty
My helmet was to tight after I ordered it, so I took one of my granddaughters big rubber kick balls and deflated it and put it inside the helmet and pumped it back up as tight as possible and left for a week and now I have plenty of room. 😎👍
Wow, that is ingenious. I usually end up using a spoon and a hammer to relieve pressure points
Good video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Look good 😎👍
Thanks, I really like them
😎👍
Luv it, my kinda girl!
Which break light insets did you get
Those are custom dynamics fillerz. I still have them, I’m trying to figure out a way to change the chrome to black without it looking like crap so I can put it on my Roadglide
THIS IS BS I HAVE OWNED 3 CORBIN SEATS FOR TWO DIFFERENT CYCLES MY LAST IS FOR MY 2023 SPYDER F3-T. AFTER ABOUT A HOUR ON THE RIDE THIS SEAT BITES LIKE A MAD PIT BULL. NOW I HAVE HAD THE SEAT FOR A GOOD FEW MONTHS AND PUT AT LEAST 15OO MILES AND THE SEAT GETS WORST.
I don’t know that it’s BS lol this is the most comfortable seat I have ever owned. Maybe you got the wrong seat? Not like I’m getting anything special from Corbin, I’ve just had a bunch of them and this is the best. I’m going to be doing a eight seat review for touring bikes soon. Thanks for watching!
Like the seat?
Depends which seat you’re talking about, the Corbin dual tour seat I have now is amazing.
@@rosyrosenblum9823 SDC with little back rest, is it adjustable?
Yes, you can definitely tailor it to your riding style. I don’t touch it all in normal riding, but if I lean back an inch it’s a great relief
Im with you, ill get the first one done on my CVO st. Ive done all the work on my 2014 dyna lowrider. No 1000 mile service. 34,000 miles and still running like a champ!
I just did the 5000 mile service on mine. I’ll probably do the 10,000 mile service at the dealer, only because my warranty will be just about up at that point and I want to get the latest updates and anything they find that’s covered under warranty
Racing shox on a Harley - get real !
I guess it depends on your application. For many of us who grew up on crotch rockets and then switched to Harley‘s later in life, we still like to rip around corners and have reasonable handling. The factory shocks on Harley’s are terrible, so why not get the best you can get if you’ve already spent $35,000 on a motorcycle. I get your point, and I’m not saying it’s for everyone, but for me it’s the first upgrade I do.
Oh yeah thanks for watching, I always appreciate the feedback :-)
Clearly you have never ridden a Harley! Suspension is not just for racing it is more for handling and making a vehicle more comfortable and safer to ride. When you learn more come back and leave an educated response.
Is that directed to me? I’m confused
Yes it is a ripoff. How is this seriously even a question to some?
No argument on the cost. It is nice to get the peace of mind but man it cost a lot of money for that piece of mind
That's so awesome 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
You've got the same bars i have but mine are chrome. And I bought the same mirrors you did for my black, 2012 Street Glide. But im getting my new seat from Mustang and having custom red stitching done.
I’ve heard good things about Mustang seats it’s one of the few aftermarket seats I haven’t tried. Maybe because I have it stuck in my head that they are big pillow top seats from the 90s even though I know they’ve changed quite a bit. I ended up just going with a custom Corbin seat and it is the best thing I’ve ever done. I can ride all day without any pain. The downside is the ridiculously expensive seat, but after trying everything else it was worth it
Sadly, even though it’s a bad practice, Harley dealerships are known to deny warrantee claims. They even lost a large lawsuit due to them violating the moss Magnuson act a year or two ago. They admitted to violating the act and part of their deal was to inform dealerships to stop saying you had to use Harley Davidson parts and accessories yet they still do. With that being said, if the mechanic does everything on that list, it’s probably worth the $500 I recently spent. I was pretty disappointed when I noticed oil dripping off my bike that they did not clean up during the fluid changes. I have the 2024 CVO Rd. glide and being an expensive motorcycle. I do not want to have to fight them on any warrantee claims. I will be doing many of the services myself from now on but I will be using Harley Davidson oils and filters and saving those reciepts, just so there’s no fight with the warrantee if there are any claims
You sound like you are cut from the same cloth as me. All that being said the reality is the warranty only covers the bike for a couple of years anyway so at that point I will be completely done with listening to what is recommended by the dealership
A two year warranty isn’t exactly the queens tits anyway. Depending on where you live, Harley warranty covers 2 riding seasons. Maybe half a years worth of actual riding. Save your money and don’t worry about warranty work.
Will probably do my 10k service at the dealership only because it should coincide with the expiration of the factory warranty. Just in case something is found, might as well have it covered
What kind of adapter do you need???
It came with everything I needed, I already had the forward controls on there
Do you still have it? How many miles does it have?
No I don’t, I sold it a few years ago. I loved the car, but I was having back issues getting in and out of it.
@@rosyrosenblum9823 oh that’s good to know. How tall are you?
5’10”
It was definitely worth it, front end much more compliant, It took the bounce out basically and no dive it will hold you compressed by probably a quarter to an eighth of an inch if you hold the front all the way to stopping then release. I feel much more balanced, and if you’re gonna do them, then do them both. I put 13s on the rear which was up from stock 12s.
Right on, I’ve been trying to figure out what I’m going to do with the front end. I mean who doesn’t want to swap the new upside down forks, but not really feeling the $5000 plus cost
Smart man!
On my new Roadglide, I ended up going with the Corbin dual tour… It blows those other seats away for comfort and quality and it’s heated!
Love my fox shocks two, put a racing Brothers Nonadjustable package on the front
How does the front end respond, did it remove the diving under braking? Thanks for watching
@@rosyrosenblum9823 the problem is once you cam your bike you tend to outrun your suspension. So you know you gotta do it at some point and then if you’re gonna go big bore well then you gotta do it. Then you gotta start thinking about brakes rotors. I stopped at stage 2, both bikes. Progressive springs and chromed front end for the fatty
I’m looking at doing the ohlins drop in cartridges at some point or the front. Probably won’t be till next year I want to do both the front of at the same time
@@rosyrosenblum9823 The diving was removed. On the start up with my 114 stage to the bike drops about an eighth of an inch… A little more aggressive than the stock FXLRS does. It really helped me plant the patch 4 8 or 12 seconds out.. better suspension always makes you feel like you’re riding on rails. That said a month and a half ago and Uber driver wrecked me so I had to buy a new used bike picked up at 1:10 FLTR… It’s got legends front and rear and I really enjoy them.
What year is your bike? Any idea where to get a seat like that one, for a 94 electra glide classic by chance?
I believe 2008 and earlier are totally different set up
That one was a 2019
Did all the stock connections reach under the fairing or is that the huge bundle of wire
Well, it took some maneuvering, but I got most of the wiring inside the frame support for the front fairing. I wire wrapped the rest of it and it looks pretty good
I wish you would have done a quick video on connecting the wires on the gauge extension! I purchased a Kraus t bar and the extension came depinned no instructions on how to do it. I pinned it according to the colors and which one were the top and bottom. I’m too scared to hook it up 😅
You know, I really wish I did. That’s actually one of the most requested things for this video. Somehow when I did it it just came out right, and then I helped my buddy do it on his and we couldn’t get it working for days. It’s honestly the worst part of the install, but it comes down to trial and error
If you go to the roadglide.org site, there’s a bunch of advice regarding getting the pin out correct
Hi I am looping for this kind of fairing, only find it in its Black version yet. Did you buy yours in Grey, or did you get it re-painted?
I had it painted, it came in black. So if your bike is black you probably won’t need to paint it. Thanks for watching!
The bike looks awesome!! What color brown is that on the side panel on the seat?
That is the bomber jacket brown. Thanks for watching!
How tall are you? I"m going back and forth between 8 inch and 10. I'm 5'7.
I am 5 foot 10, I think you could probably tilt the bars back a little bit and it would be perfect for you
Lite or darks smoke?
Dark smoke it’s the perfect height for me. I can see over the windshield no problem but still eliminates most of the wind blast
Why didn’t you just lift the bike a bit on the jack instead of compressing the shocks ?
I did, it still wasn’t enough. Thanks for watching!
Wow, so cool, how about the wind protection on the band position?
Wind protection was pretty much the same. It only raised my hands about an inch and a half
What year is your bike an what all did u have to change to out these bars on I have an 07 street glide same bars an I’m just wondering if I’ll need anything
It’s a 2019 ultra classic. If you get pre-wired bars, the only thing you should need is to replace the rubber bushings with urethane bushings for better field and control. If you just buy bars you will have to buy extension wiring as they are longer than stock
😥 "Promo sm"
I’m sorry I don’t know what that means
It looks like you removed the T-Rex plate from the risers, did the seat move you forward?
I removed the T-Rex plate before I got the seat, it moved the bars way too far back. I thought it was what I wanted but I was wrong. By the way if you pay for shipping I’ll send you the T-Rex plate if you want it. It’s kind of beat up because I had to Pull it out with a crowbar!
And to answer your question no the seat did not move me, it fit perfect right out of the gate. I think what I’m gonna end up doing is get inch higher handlebars which completely should resolve the issue
Hey Rossy, I am thinking of adding t-rex plate, i am running almost same setup like yours.. using thrasin mid-bend bars instead of Ness.. Any concerns why did you remove the t-rex plate? was it comfortable turning the handlebar? I appreciate your inputs..
I thought it was going to be the answer, as it turns out it pushed me so far back that I ended up pulling it right back out. I think the better choice in my opinion would be to get bars that are a little taller. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to ride much as it’s been in the 20s in the morning so I can’t tell you if the seat fixed the issue
For me, I couldn't get used to the Ness bars, after an hour I was getting shoulder pain. I finally narrowed it down to wrist angle. I really wanted to go with the Tharshin mid bend, but you can only roll them back so far. After shopping around I settled on KST Kommander bars, they are wide enough in the middle to roll back and have an extra 1" of sweep over the Ness. I've been really happy with this setup so far. @@rosyrosenblum9823
I’m having the same issue, gauge cluster and hand controls not working, put the method riser set up on, all worked fine for about 60 miles then on my ride yesterday power to gauges/ hand controls went out, curios if and what you did to correct this problem. Thanks
My issue is probably different than yours was but I know another possibility. For me it was I had the two CANBUS connectors swapped. My buddy had the exact same issue with a different cause, he had crimped one of the wires in the controls on the left side my guess is that’s what your issue is I would pull the hand control apart and take a look inside and see if there’s a crimped wire or loose wire in there
Rite on, appreciate your time
If you go to the roadglide.org site, there are tons of comments and issues that people have had on this issue

I would love to find someone to rebuild my seat with gel so a paraplegic can comfortably sit on it without harm of a pressure sore.
I’m not sure what they could do, but they do have an option of going with a little softer foam. Maybe that would help, these guys are pretty amazing
Nice Seat 👍
Thanks for watching, I appreciate the compliment. I’m going to get more in-depth on how the seat was made the materials the design etc. That’s gonna be a long video and probably take a couple of weeks to get edited down
Sound like a fun trip 👍
The trip was nuts. We went up on Thursday, had the seat done first thing in the morning but didn’t finish till almost 4 o’clock. And then road home. 900+ miles in two days at night
like it! rbeathtaking trip!
It was a blast, I have three or four videos coming out with how the seat was made and what it looks like. I’ll be posting another one tomorrow with the post ride summation
