The craze and lack of supply of the X100 VI is just motivating me more to save and wait for the xpro4 announcement. I reckon we will see a lot more small form factor/ range finder ish cameras from multiple companies in the next couple years too!

X-E5 won’t come before Xpro-4, it is just like the fact that XT-50 must come after XT-5.

i just want an x-pro 3 with ibis tbh. i LOVE my x-pro 3 and i don't want them to fuck with the screen. having no screen is amazing. my number 1 wish would be for the 4 to have a real rangefinder system coupled with the lens. that would be goated. i hate that to use manual lenses i have to use the LCD viewfinder.

Many thanks for the excellent video, as always. The question you raised at the end is really thought provoking. Personally, I think this over hype is not justified at all. All these people who sell 2nd hand at outrageous prices are just opportunists and not, sadly, true photographers. Professionals & hobbyists with self dignity won't do this.

They need to bring back the XPro2 style, viewfinder, articulating LCD screen, IBIS and 60MP+.

I’m thinking one will be the Fujifilm GFX 50Rii or GFX 100R.

+1 for screen-less cameras. The XPro already can see the playback in the eyepiece.

Fuji is probably going to fumble the releases. They are purposely dumbing down their lines to widen the gap between "pro" and "amateur". All while raising prices. The X-E2 and X-Pro2 were ergonomically the best from these lines.

i just hope they fix the auto focus issues and software os issues.... my word how can latest software make focusing worse on nearly all 40mp sensor models -.- fuji needs to revamp its software asap

They need to give us the x80 ii, or a x90 with all the good specs. It should have a 20-26mp apsc sensor and specs almost smililar to the zv1

can you tell if there is much difference for photography only in low light autofocus speed between these cameras, I know its lens dependent also, as this would only reason I would choose x-t4 over x-t3 if it was lot better in low light, i read somewhere that the t3 has same af as t4 with the latest updates so correct me if im wrong pls:)

For a beginner (or not): go for an a6700 or a7cii. Avoid fuji. You will thank me in the future.

Basically just a rebodied X-T30ii... so it has to be the right price to give up the EVF and additional features over just buying a used X-T30. I'm just glad they are releasing a new actually cheaper camera, as the X-T50 was not it lol

I'm using X-M1 and X-E1, and the only thing I'm lacking sometimes is the electronic shutter in the daylight. XF10 on other hand works great in any condition. Anyway it's nice to see more really compact APS-C models on the market.

Ne deal breaker for me is IBIS. Blurry photos can’t be fixed. IBIS allows me to shoot in lower light , slower shutter speeds and lower ISO. This provides me with more flexibility with hand held phot.

I have an x-t3 but considering upgrading - you didn’t mention the dials for depth of field the X-t3 has, I want to know how you change your depth of field with the x-t4, like can it be changed with the aperture alone?

Fujifilm is full of excitement and surprises every time they release a new camera, they always have this advantage or edge which is a culture in Japan. So I think they would release a baby GFX line up sort of like with a fixed lens.

I bought an X-A3 for 160 euro at MPB last year because it was silver/brown... very cool. That thing is amazing too! If you find one, sofort kaufen! Put IBIS in it and it's all you need.

As I suspected it might be a case that Fuji abandoning its mirrorless X system, I don't believe they will upgrade any XF lenses either, too bad but XH recent line its a last one for sure

Interesting to see how many negativ comments appear in this comment section. I own three mirrorless Canon cameras and 4 Fujifilm cameras with a lot of very good glass. I get sharp sport images with all of them (soccer, basketball, handball). The keeper rate with Canon is higher, autofocus is more precise … but still: I do professionell work with Fujifilm as well. Plus: all of my privat work (portraits, travel, …) is shot with Fujifilm because I simply love to work with the system.

Your auto focus is great but it doesnt compare to brands like cannon and sony.

Love this lens, is a super versatile focal length in a WR compact body with OIS. People complain about the f4 aperture but if you want to do night photography get a prime. Considering the aperture on this zoom the bokeh on the tall enr is cr amy smooth, im very impressed. Almost as good as my 56mm f1.2 bokeh which is crazy to me.

I only want the Xpro 2, the last great sensor. Everything after is too clinical. Lenses and house. As soon as I can I will get the xpro2. I've got newer Fujifilm cameras but my XT2 is my most used one.

My first camera is fuji xa with xf27mm lens I was pleased with my choice but GAS got the better of me

Waiting patiently for this XT-6. I have used the XT-3 since 2019 and I am very satisfied with it (quality, built, etc.). It's about time to upgrade it!

Fixed lens GFX, sounds like a fail especially at GFX prices, The three lens X-Pan idea makes more sense as this was a common thing in the film era of rangefinders.

Fuji should stop focusing on new toy cameras like the XT50 and X100VI and instead do their homework and provide their flagships with proper software (autofocus). There is so much potential in the xh2s that is simply held back by the miserable software. When it comes to hardware, Fuji doesn't need to lift a finger with the XH2S in the next 2-3 years. The specs are still good, but the software is breaking it. I like my Fujis, but as my work becomes or has to become more professional, I notice that these cameras leave me hanging more and more.

The XPro 4 will be the next big deal.

AF-C is hit and miss, AF-S is fine with newer lenses. Built quality was anything from good to great up to and including the X-T3. If that camera had IBIS I wouldn't have moved on. Got an X-T5 on loan felt much cheaper made so went for an X-H2 in the end, bigger bulkier don't care for the flippy screen but it definitely feels much better made than the X-T5. Better built quality and maybe a better EVF is all the X-T5 needs, having said that it feels too son for a 2024 release, sensor's dynamic range could be improved and behave better on high ISO but that's secondary.

Would be nice if it would have a bayer sensor with a view finder, a nice pairing for my XT-4.
