Is it advisable to clinch the glutes when we rise from the squat?
You can definitely squeeze your glutes at the top of your squats@@deborah3912 as long as it does not cause a pelvic tilt and you do not tuck your hips 👍

Me too@@stephaniebiley9318! I love full body workouts but it’s fun to focus on specific muscle groups too. Just make sure you’re challenging every muscle group 2-3 times every week. This week I am doing Monday (1-20-25)’s full body TBC workout twice and this back workout once. Cardio & Amazing Abs are twice a week and then PiYo just once this week. Keeps my body and my brain interested and feeling amazing 💪
Omg fr, i'm not a pro n I don't exercise everyday but this one is making me feel already good at the second round,this thing is hell but really feeling the burn thank you for illustration how to do each exercise that's very helpful im thankful for making me consistent through the workout by speaking n encouraging

The PiYo Lessons that I share have a great athletic yoga component that leaves me feeling longer, stronger, with more flexible and more stability. Monday workouts are game changers for me @@stephaniebiley9318. If I start strong on Monday, my week goes so much better. If I miss a Monday, my week tends to be more of a struggle. So I try to always do a full body TBC workout every Monday 💪❤️🎉
