I hate the scent of the smb even in the jar let alone when you put it in solution. I've gone more to copperas for the first drop. Takes more rinses but better for the lungs. Thanks to you vitamin c will be my final precipatent. Just saving up for now I have 13 grams waiting on a second refine. I want to wait till I get an oz

I think ram bga chips vary so much in gold content that you can swing it either way. I've seen that the ic chips are more consistent. If you det a bunch of nice bga chips I think the yield will be a bit more.

I have a 290 mm tall glass vase and less than one third of it is covered with pins and AP, it foams up over the top with a aqua colored solution. A good video explaining and showing that there's a lot more that goes into getting the material to process than some people realize. I started out taking pretty much everything off of the boards, but as I am learning from others I have started to get more selective on what I take. Unfortunately there's just not enough time to go after everything. But on the plus side, I can go through more boards in a shorter amount of time which means I can build up the amount of what I'll attempt to process quicker (ic chips, bga's, gold corner bga's, fingers, etc). Looking forward to seeing your next video!

I think most who watch the videos also like to scrap. I have several computer repair shops that give me the junk computers. But when micro scrapping nobody wants to watch me spend weeks stripping down computer fan motors for a tiny bit of copper. But I do it. And strip the copper from the wires in the power supply. I am relatively new to gold recovery. I go after the cheap stuff to learn while saving up the good stuff. I don't expect more than 1/4 gram per kilo on the transistors I am crushing now. But I had about 4 kilos and my can was full. I got almost no silver but should get a tiny bit of gold. I have pounds of ic chips same for ram. Gold corner bag are adding up. I want to get the process down pat on the cheap stuff before risking mistakes on the better stuff.
