On our second day in Budapest, we spent the morning at St. Stephen's Basilica, and then moved from Pest to Buda, where we joined a free walking tour, visiting and learning about famous landmarks and sights at the Buda Castle District like the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene, the Equestrian Statue of Andras Hadik, Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Sándor Palace, Buda Castle, and more.
We did a second walking tour in the evening after dinner - an interesting one on Vampires & Myths by a dressed-up guide.
We had lots of delicious food throughout the day that included Lángos (a traditional fried dough dish), the famous artisinal gelato at Gelarto Rosa, Marhapörkölt nokedlivel (Hungarian beef...
