Bonaparte in Italy. The Defeat of Piedmont 1796 (All parts)
Battle of Montenotte; Battle of Millesimo; Battle of Dego; Battle of San Michele; Battle of Mondovì.
In this glorious 10-day campaign, Bonaparte was able to oust an entire country out of the war. He received a series of fantastic victories. Bonaparte’s adjutants delivered dozens of enemy banners to Paris. And at a time when the Rhine’s main front did not show any results, the Piedmontese events stunned all of France.
The name Bonaparte, which was hardly known to anyone the day before, was now spreading by word of mouth like wildfire. The first stage of the campaign ends here.

The siege of Acre continued. In early April 1799, the army of the Damascus Pasha approached the Jordan River, making Napoleon's situation extremely perilous. By the end of 1797, the French Republic was dominant in Western Europe, having defeated almost all its enemies in the War of the First Coalition. Only Great Britain remained at war; despite half-hearted overtures for peace in 1797, the British now displayed a renewed determination, as Prime Minister William Pitt the Younger looked to bankroll a second anti-French coalition. The French Directory...

Are the graphics AI generated? Some just look odd.
It would be nice if you could pronounce the names, etc, correctly.
This is great!! Many thanks! Please consider dialing down the music track. It imposes somehow to the voiceover
Voice feels like AI.
This video is masterpiece
@9.04, yes, indeed, all were young, especially serurier ...
The french situation would have been a lot better with a few standard procedures. A correct position of the battle line alone would have avoided that the front gets surrounded. A draw would have changed the course of the war.
Vukasovic lost 15 hundred soldiers in Dego (not thousand).
That 1500 soldiers.
!
Let's go! Love these. Keep pumping them out!
The thumbnail is like "5 wins in ten days😎"😂
Next will be Lodi? And then entire Italian campaign in one big video as Egypt? Cool.
Great Video.😍
Hello, everyone! I’ve decided to re-record these episodes with real voiceovers. Enjoy! Support the channel: PayPal - bataille.nb@gmail.com

That you for the reload speed my guy guy
American narration. Terms like people? Soldiers or Troops is also a woke term in case a women is present. Also, English should be British. The Marseilles is pronounced Mars e yay. Otherwise very good.
excellent documentary , I hadn't seen or heard of this history before so consequently I found it to an extraordinarily compelling & fascinating watch....thank you for the upload
Will you guys do any ancient battles or campaigns? I will definitely watch then if you do. +1 subscriber.
A gem of a channel. Love the narration… subbed.
Leaving a comment to show some support. Keep it up!
Superb!!

Top Notch Stuff. great coverage of a fascinating campaign.
I can’t wait to see you cover Marengo and the other battles of the second war of the collation that Napoleon fought in Italy.
Very interesting...
That one fifer getting suspiciously close to jean:
Truly excellent
Truly excellent. Kudos.
Dear Battles N, will there be a full video for Italian Campaign, from Nicce to Vienna?
Yes, I think it will be next month.
@@battlesn8749 we will wait brother
I watched both Epic History and Battles N, both of you guys great. But in Battles N, we can see more details, words from correspondence, actual memories etc. I love both of you guys. But to be honest, it was exactly Battles N, thanks to whom I understand about Napoleon more and more, We will wait tirelessly about Montebello & Marengo
Is it a compendium of all the previous parts or is there new editing, material? Thanks
I wish it continued with the Egypt campaign after Bonaparte left, its equally as gripping
Wow! This is really good!
this is an outstanding video!
You came out of nowhere and you are the top dog for Napoleonic War videos. No hate on EpicTV or anything, but you’re up there with them and the others
This is a very valuable comment, thank you.
Take it easy mate
@battlesn8749, thank you for the full story and not bits at a time over months or years. Excellent work !
Please make it on Russian language. Peace
By far the most detailed description of that campaign I found in RUclips. Ok , not Kleber's and Menou's fighting against Turks and British but I think we'll hear it after Brumaire and Marengo.
🍺
Well thank you, this is awesome 👏 .
Great video
Awesome video 🎉👏

❤❤❤ Thank you!!
quotes from the contemporaries , love it. very informative. seems it's a fine channel.
