Late but on the Sims topic. Sims 4 is basically the worst of EA's worst habits manifest in one game. They gutted like 70% of the base game features out of Sims 3, resold them back as DLC, etc. If you want to buy the full Sims 4 game it's genuinely a few hundred dollars due to all the DLC needed. That's why people are bitter about it lol.

A lot of people somehow just miss all the signs pointing towards Ironwood losing it, his paranoia, his need for control, the obvious fear he has, and the anger of how well Salem's forces have turned the world against Atlas. All the signs are in clear view before this volume, and yet people still just seem to think it was character assassination that he snapped after everything he's went through. Even during the first few volumes Glynda said that he's always done what he thinks is best for everyone, even against strong protest. The show clearly states that all good worst traits were amplified by the fall of beacon...I just fail to see how anyone could miss the signs of it coming. It's like they're purposely ignoring it just to be upset about it.

to answer your question as of why this game flopped, it was planned to be on the Wii, but it was too much so they had to develop it from scratch for the xbox and ps3. in the middle of developpment, yuji naka just said fuck it, im out, and left sonic team. and this whole time, they wanted to go and release it on sonics 15 anniversary (i think), so it was rushed. so all in all, you got an incredible soundtrack that came with a buggy game
