This is the best rework of the Cole Mech that I have seen. I will definitely go to rebrickable to get the instructions because I will not be happy until my Cole mech is upgraded to its full potential. Great work!

Just got this set. Did some of your changes but I kept the shoulder tall. I remove the inner cylinder and two 2x2 pin pieces. It does make it slightly more fragile, but does still look solid, and has a gap for the head to actually fit inside of. Like the irl ones. I did get the small Cole mech set and grabbed some of its parts to enhance the detail and reinforce it some. So far I love the set, I just need to find all the pieces for the body and it’ll be perfect. I uh. Misplaced a lotta pieces that’s needed when I was organizing Lego lol. The knee movement, ankles, arms on the set were good. But the hunch look made it feel worse. This video actually made me buy it since someone already did the hard part of “how do I un dumb the set”
