    “Pizza 4P's arose from a desire to bring people peace and happiness, two of the most fundamental aspects of modern life. The term "Pizza 4P's" translates to "Pizza for Peace," with the ultimate goal of making the globe smile for peace. “ Hi Chris…Found that on their site. Sounds like a good idea to me. And thanks for another great video. 😎

    Travelled North to South Vietnam, and loved most of it. I wasn't particularly impressed with Dalat. There were a few nice sights but I didn't like the city I just think Vietnam has so many better places to spend your time in with much more impressive surroundings than what I saw in Dalat.

    Hi Chris…watched this last night and again this morning. So much to notice. Why did the people need to move to the other side of the tracks while the train went by? It looked like there was enough room on both sides, but maybe not?

    • @passportdude
      @passportdude 7 месяцев назад

      I think there might be enough room on the other side of the tracks if you sat very straight and didn't move, but the café owners are all trying to avoid anyone getting hurt. There have been some injuries in the past, and technically the street has been completely closed for tourists. There are policemen guarding the entrances to the train street and shouting at people to go away. The first time I went there I actually saw some tourists physically fighting with the Vietnamese guards because they wanted to go onto the train street, they saw other people on the street, but they didn't understand how this whole thing works yet. So, like I side, technically the street is closed, and tourists aren't allowed to go there. However, if one of the café owners invites you to their café/home, then you're just a guest that's visiting someone's home. And that's allowed. So on the street outside you can meet shop owners looking for customers to escort to their café, or you can contact the shop owner before you go and arrange a time to visit. But you're not allowed to just walk up there by yourself because the street is closed 😄

    Chris I enjoyed this. Hanoi looks stunning! Crowded with full of scooters. I thought only in the 🇵🇭 😂The train tracks is fascinating with vendors selling right there. The trash bags left on the street also I also thought only in the 🇵🇭😂. There are so many cats too. Obama meal 😊 on the menu what was that about?

    • @passportdude
      @passportdude 7 месяцев назад

      Thanks, Amalia! Hanoi's amazing. It was a bit overwhelming at first, but I fell in love with the city. The Obama combo is what Obama ate when he visited that restaurant several years ago: Bun Cha, a fried seafood roll, and a beer. Very good, very filling, and less than $5.

    that's such a nice-looking beach and it sounds/looks like the temperatures are such that one could really enjoy relaxing there. Like always, you are doing a great job of making it seem like I am almost there IRL. One question: how do you decide what to eat? It looks like there is a huge variety and all of it new and different...and apparently delicious. Thanks for the trip!

    • @passportdude
      @passportdude 9 месяцев назад

      It's hard to decide what to eat sometimes. Sometimes people will ask me if I have tried something yet, and if I haven't I will seek it out. Or I will just look at photos and try something that looks good. Now I have a few favorites. Bun Cha is what I seem to eat the most often, and the further north you travel, the better it is. Hanoi has the best Bun Cha.
