thank you for sharing! ♥ so much of your experience resonates with mine. I started with a 0.1mg protocol, taking one every 3 days for a month. At the moment of taking each dose, I was not feeling anything at all, so could go on with my day as usual. I only started feeling the inmense power of living the present at 2 weeks after starting. Everything felt more connected, small things like feeling the sun on my skin or taking a walk with my mom made me thankful for the simplest things I have in my life. But nothing felt like triping, I was 100% in control of myself. 2 weeks pause and then started another protocol, but with 0.2mg this time.. oh boy! I felt like the 1st protocol was digging a deep hole in my soul and preparing it for the clean up, and now, this 2nd protocol was removing all the dirt that was trapped in it. I went through a horrible breakup 2 years ago, and healing has not been an easy journey, although I was feeling calmer about it. But two weeks in with the 2nd protocol, and I cried my eyes out a few days ago while meditating and listening to singing bowls, it was cathartic. It felt like I was back to base with the grieving process, I was terrified, but felt I could face it. I understood that nobody was going to come and stop the grieving for me, I had to do it myself and I was perfectly capable of doing so. Next morning I felt I could breathe deeply again, and at peace. I realized along the way, for the first time in my life, that it was wonderful to know I could count on myself no matter what good or bad things happened in life. That was powerful for me, I´ve had a really low self esteem since being a child. So... I would say, definitely be aware that this experience is only worth it if you are willing to put in the work for your intentions, and be prepared to face all the darkness and light within you, but it is so rewarding! ♥ thank you for reading!
