@@S2kruben it’s the same size cup , if your coilover is the same part number in this video. I do advise to go with a shorter 5 inch tall spring in the rear , with a x2 spring rate higher. If you really wanna slam the rear, you would have to go with a 4” tall spring in the rear. Swift has some awesome springs , and we have changed the rear spring to a Swift 5” tall spring , to get an additional 1 inch of drop.

@@tommycortez_ I believe it is as i also got the flex Z so 6 inch spring in the front and 5 inch in the rear. Thanks for the advice bro.

@@S2kruben yup and remember if you eat to go even lower in the front , or slam the front , you will need a 5 inch spring in the front also.

@@daviswang8719 we like time attack cars , at the end of the day , my kid loves the car setup , heavy aero and downforce , we love the voltex s2000 Japanese time attack cars. The end goal in the future would be the widebody Voltex kit. We are using the car for the track soon, definitely needed for the “streets of willow”

This seat is not FIA approved , the local track that i race on , does not require a FIA seat , i race at “Willow Springs Raceway”. That is one detail I did not mention , thankyou for bringing that question up. This seat is only for spirited driving and not FIA approved. Also please double check RECARO website , the company recently filed for bankruptcy and the future is unclear at the moment.

The hardest part is the rear bumper and front bumper , I’m no expert but 3m is very easy to use and also Avery Dennison , you need patience and a good sense of angles when stretching the film. For first timers I would say you need a second person to help lay the wrap down and help heat and stretch the wrap. Watch more videos on RUclips from the professionals , that helped out big time. Prep your surface as if you’re going to paint a car. Dust free area , some areas your gonna need 3m primer , it lays on super fast .

And it's relatively easy and harmless to go back to normal or try different kits. Since nsx's body are mostly removable panels you don't need to cut anything to put on a body kit. Pretty neat

It’s a amuse style hardtop , i bought it used off someone on Facebook marketplace , so I don’t know the name brand , the only reason I bought it for my son , is to minimize the blind spot. We added a glass window that’s why it looks oem.

The battery is good , I don’t even have a trickle charger on it , so when the car sits in the winter for 3 weeks without startup , the battery restart feature works every time for this. It’s been a few years now with this battery and it is still going strong from cold winters to hot summers.

@@tommycortez_good to know man, Thanks! Im between the atx20 and atx30. My s14 doesn’t have audio and not much electronics. Just the two electric fans, walbro 450 pump, wipers, etc. even the atx20 should be enough I think.

Vland is the name brand

The wrap is what took the longest , removing the bumper is easy , I cut out all the bottom plastic that attaches to the bottom of the oem bumper , I didn’t want to deal with that . I would say the it took a day , installing the vlands headlights is easy , I would say give yourself the weekend if the bumper is already painted or wrapped it’s an easy bolt on.

​@tommycortez_ how did you fit the bumper on, did you heat it and bend it or did it fit pretty well? I'm 16 and I'm getting an is250 soon and I wanna put one of these on but I'm not that experienced with cars

@@Dxzmndd the bumper install is plug and play , didn’t really have to mess with anything , I know there’s another video out on RUclips with more detail , but in my opinion you don’t have to do all that.

I think there was , but in the back you don’t have to disconnect any wiring the suspension doesn’t fall to far down , they are still being held up buy the supporting arms , your basically lowering the lower control arm out of the way.

We put kyb shocks with H&R lowering springs on this car. The ride was really smooth . I really didn’t think this video would have got this much views , sorry I didn’t go further into detail.

I bought the bumper on Facebook marketplace, you can also get them on eBay. Just type in Lexus is250 bumper conversion on eBay.

I’m my opinion if you paint the bumper before installing the grill there’s a big chance of a scratching the new paint , because the fitment of the grill to the bumper is very tight , I went the vinyl route to see if it would be close to paint match , the vinyl is kinda close from far away , but up close you can tell the color difference.

@@youngmateta the time lapse is fast , yeah I used a heat gun , make sure you prep the bumper , or else the wrap won’t adhere to the polyurethane bumper , there are videos how to prep a unpainted polyurethane bumper for vinyls wrap.
