Was Thom Yorke solo show in Christchurch, NZ last night; great show and this song was unbelievable soundscape and visuals. Flying across a red planet and falling off... unreal.

Motion Picture Soundtrack is one of my favourites; the version on Kid A is so ethereally beautiful but I also love the early versions from 1995 (acoustic version from Thom & Jonny for a Netherlands radio show) or 1997? (OK Computer OKNOTOK 1997 2017), which have such a different tone, almost more melancholic and emotionally raw. Additionally, there's a version performed by a showband at the funeral service for a former member, which is somehow both achingly sad but also incredibly uplifting and transcendent.

you NEED to listen to amnesiac, it's a much more interesting album in my opinion, and will absolutely give you an existential crisis.

If you wanna hear more King Crimson, I reccomend you try something from the Discipline album, maybe Elephant Talk or Discipline. It's totally different from Starless, but also completely ahead of it's time. If you think Tool took notes from this song, you need to listen to that album
