These feel like secret weapons. The chef knife is PERFECT. The way the handle tapers toward the blade *seduces* you into adopting a pinch grip. It feels more like an extension of my hand than something I'm holding in it. The Victorinox Fibrox is the only other knife I've used that even comes close to this effect.
How many briskets can it hold? Can the briskets be stacked on top of each other as well?
We enjoy doing it for the kids.. #BECAUSEKIDS

Still one of my favorite places in the State of Texas for barbecue. I fell in love with the food and the location on first visit, knowing nothing about the place. It was well before they made the top 50, but they were known in the BBQ circles as worth checking out. I didn't know about Joe's story on that first visit. It wasn't until later that I found out. Even more reason to love them. On my last visit, I got to stand around and talk with Joe for hours after the rush. I didn't think I could love the place more than I do. There's a kind of magic about it to me. So much of the best things about Texas in one place in the people who work there.

Your story is inspiring I'm 57 worked in construction all my adult life and in December of 2021 I bought a food trailer with a porch to put a BBQ pit on I'm trying to get things together so I can cook for living
