In double dash you can actually complete all the tracks without accelerating or reversing by using a shroom at the start and then chaining together “A-less MTs” which are mini turbos that can be performed without pressing the A button. Although all tracks can be completed, I think there’s still a few in the special cup that haven’t been, but it is possible.
