There's one thing you are kinda wrong about, the only way to escape Floor 2 isn't through the City / Defeating Ethiron's Scion, you can also just climb back out to Floor 1 I've asked Arch mage if It's possible a while ago, and he said that yes you can just climb out of Floor 2 to go back to Floor 1 so you don't have to specifically beat Ethiron's Scion canonically to escape Floor 2 (There's also Lighthook too since that's the second way to escape Floor 2 ingame + It's used by Carrion)

Kennith Canon Reason: A resolve so strong that it ended up making him suffer eternally, stuck in a time loop where his state gets progressively worse, a timeloop he cannot escape no matter what, he is nothing but a remnant of what he was. Kennith real reason: Arch mage saw a funny Kennith X Kyrsgarde ship video, found it funny and added Kennith to L2 F2 the very next weekly whilst funnily enough Kennith was put somewhat close to one of the only sane Kyrsgardes left (and a nomad one at that too that defied the rules), hinting that the romance is between the both of them

They need to add a campaign mode to deepwoken to effectively expand upon the lore more. It could be something like dark souls so if you die you just have to try again, and I think it would bring back a lot of the playerbase since it's more lighthearted than the regular game.

if you spawn castaway wipe you can speak to orlando and hell make u replay the tutorial if you chose the right dialogue and so next time u spawn castaway on that slot ull be back in that ship

also i wanna share you one theory i have, we just know currently layer 1 and 2, thoose are not ordered but are located kinda like bubbles inside the interstice, now when you talk to the nestmind it tells you that it teleported you to its layer, some people take it like its just an illusion, but what if its actually true i know its a place too small tbut thats the point, in the interstice there i this big bubbles that contains fragments of drowned worlds and are considered layers when they are big enough but also there is this very small bubbles with the size of a house (like nestmind's one) that are not considered layers because of its size or maybe are not discovered yet because they are to small that i too hard to fall into it, also this makes me think about maybe there is creatures that lives outside this bubbles not in layers but in the mere interstice itself

I thought this was a pretty well known information cuz the wiki mentioned it being called Bathysphere for weeks or months now
