I KNEW this movie existed. I saw it once as a kid and couldnt remember if it was real.

PAPA GOD sent HOLY GHOST down into my heart when I asked Him in the name of JESUS! That was Christmas Eve 1972! I woke up Christmas Morning Born Again! HALLELUJAH! As I followed on to know the LORD, Holy Ghost brought me JOY unspeakable and full of glory! 1 Peter 1:8! This cartoon shows JESUS in the manger, but it didn't emphasize that JESUS is the reason we can receive this JOY! He came at Christmas, to die on Good Friday...to shed His Blood and wash our sins away! Then JESUS rose again on Easter to justify us! St John 3:16! 💗 JESUS is coming again SOON to carry His Church away! We'll live with Him FOREVER! HALLELUJAH!

I feel the same way I looked for it for years and we showed it for a couple years and then that was it and I used to draw Noel and other characters all the time it just didn't get enough good credit but then again we have you to thank you RUclips Merry Christmas

I have not been feeling very Christmasy this year but, seeing this title reminded me how much i love this movie. The true meaning of Christmas is in the manger and it is our Lord - Prince of peace.....in other words "a happiness"

You do realize the reason why the ornaments are so miserable, except for noel, is because they don't have souls. The trees did, and I'm willing to bet the 'happiness' is noels soul like at the end. but all the other ornaments are soulless and feel no joy because of it.

When you think about it, this movie has a really dark side to it. The decorations, the tree, the toy train, they all have consciousness, they talk and understand each other and the world around them. And yet, the tree is conscious, and knows its slowly dying and will be thrown out or turned into wood chippings, and the decorations are held in an attic for 11 months of the year, only coming out one week at a time. If you did that to a person or an animal, it be considered cruelty. Great lesson movie O.o

"Its become christmas eve, the reason you were made, and I was born" Well.. thats depressing, you were born to be cut down, put up for display, and thrown in the wood chipper after a month when your slowly start to die.

I'm glad a lot of people get to see what's probably fond childhood memories, but I have to ask: I get that real trees have a limited shelf life, but is waiting until Christmas Eve to decorate your tree a common thing? Also, how does a generic red ball earn the love of not only one, but two kids?

I'm in tears. I watched this with my mother when I was very little, possibly 2 or 3. I remembered the ornaments, and when he broke. I only just now found out the name of the movie and instantly found your videos of it. my mother passed away in June of 2012, and this just flooded me with amazing memories of my mother. Thank you so much for posting this. I haven't cried this much in a long time. I needed this.

finally find this animation. 28years ago, when I was 10years old I saw this animation on TV and it was Christmas season. It became my only favorite animation. every Christmas seasons I want to see again but I couldn't find. but RUclips! I really thankyou uploaded.

I remember this too.. When I was a child.. I had a tree that puts together and apart and we put up the red glass balls and my mom would say to us we got a lot of Noels.
