That last exercise could have been 2/4 or 4/4 because the accent is nearly on every chord. It is really the stress. Beethoven wrote some fast tempo pieces in 4/2 time and some slow pieces in 4/8 time. Time Signatures are relative. If syncopation comes into it, then it becomes harder to tell. The best way to find out a time signature is to get a piece of sheet music by a well-schooled composer or qualified transcriber.

Seriously, even if you don't want to read out your questions yourself, consider allowing AI to do it? I quickly realized this video was nothing but music for a blind person. Not a test at all.
