The more minimalistic approach allows you to appreciate the design of the individual items so much more that I feel is under-appreciated in maximalist island designs. The negative space is important role in this.

i started playing again after sooo many years ^___^ ;;;; but i think i am going to have to make the other half of my island more simply because... i am tired of 2/3 of my island looking so bad! lol

Visit 'Duke City' It's a beautiful cohesive village. It isn't a terraform maze mess like a lot of the RUclips islands. It's a great inspiration if you're needing ideas for your village. Duke City

Simple my huevos morenos jsjsjs The islands are very cool but I dont feel like they are THAT simple. That being said, I think that doing one of those challenges where you dont terraform and just try to stick to the random generated town can be very cool in case of burnout ^^

Im starting over and i finished flattening my island.. now to decorate aaaaa so intimidating.. i want to make a very simple island. No cafe, no bakery, no library, no nothing. Just. Island. With people's house in it 😂

Id love a mod that makes it where villagers can choose to leave whenever they wish, and old personalities from the old game return that make them sassy and even rude at times.

i never really was good at placing items on my island so i decided to watch this while starting a new island, i have to admit i'm now a bit less jealous of people who are actually good at making it cluttered! :)

i’m trying to get ideas for a summer kid core island.. i just realized i love to combine themes together and it’s hard to find ideas because everyone just sticks to the theme instead of combining themes together. Which is why i want to start to recording my own acnh islands because i can show people something different and maybe they’re looking for the same things I am. The last island i made was a city, farm, and forest island and those went really well together along with the terraforming i did (which was beautiful, didn’t even know i could do it 😂)

I really loved the tables with the lights around them. I have a kingdom sorta theme, but I wanted my civilians to have a lil area like that to be away from their hard work and gruling king. Such a lovely Island, I def plan on visiting.
