I love Abby Jimenez books but Friend Zone was a 1 star for me :( Crazy how the same author can have 4/5 star books and then just...yikes lol.

Recently I bought dragonfall , think again by Jacqueline Wilson some Christmas ones home sweet Christmas , merry little meet cute , Christmas castle in Scotland the pumpkin cafe spiced book and bought more than that but can’t remember what they are . Just love the works for books

I’ve read the throne of glass series twice. For new readers to the series I suggest throne of glass first as you did. As assassins blade doesn’t hit as hard without knowledge from the series. I read it after crown of midnight. On re read I would suggest reading assassins blade first. Either way, there is no right or wrong way unless you dive straight into book 4 or something 😂❤

I love this mini series!

I read these when they were coming out and I had no issues reading it the way you are, it was much better for me because I already had a connection to the characters. Don't listen to everyone else, you're always going to find people who judge the order but at the end of the day all us OG's read it in publication order years ago and never had a issue😂 it didn't hurt our reading enjoyment obviously otherwise it wouldn't be the beloved series it is to this day. 👌✨

I remember reading the bomance book club after watching a review of someone saying that the FMC was too difficult and that she made him grovel to much and I disagreed so bad, he was an asshole at the beginning and thank god he groveled

It took me 4 months to get through keeping 13. I kept picking it up but I found I wasn't getting through it and felt slumpy. I did really enjoy it but the size was what did it for me

I assure you, Long shot is absolutely not the sport romance you think it is. This is a mainly a book about abuse that just happens to involve a basketball player. This is a very heavy book and most of the FMC’s POV is graphic scenes of her being abused (mental, emotional, physical and very brutal sexual abuse told in details from her POV). I think that book is pretty badly advertised as many just present it as a sport romance. It is very overwhelming, not at all a light read. I remember how much better I felt after I finished that book, it really put me in a "dark" mood.
