It was dry so no need to turn off the ESP and manual is the most aggressive driving profile for the engine to give it all.

I am not too sure for the coding for the exhaust valves. But I know for the fact that if you drive in dynamic mode it will keep the exhaust valves open.

I tried with out basic setting on C7/7.5 it won't recalibrate the steering wheel with out basic setting.

I will make a video on start stop remembering to be on or off. Just dont have the time but here is what I found will test it and make a video on it soon. 30. Disable/memorize/invert Start & Stop: - module 09-Cent. Elec. - enter Security Code (20113) - Adaptation on Channel 34: subtract 4 to the value --> Start&Stop always disabled add 32 to the value --> memorize last status (the Start & Stop status at engine startup will be the one at last engine shutdown) - test & save In addition of these values, if you add 64 to the value, the Start & Stop button light will be reversed: off if Start & Stop is disabled, and on if Start & Stop is enabled

yes you can use the same way to program with out the light sensor. It will just turn off DRL as a function.

@@zigmatronik Romania, Europe. Car was brought by the Audi dealer in january of 2003 from Hungary. Maybe the wiring harness differs depending on the year/month of production date. mine is made in december 2002

@@g0guletu Also since its a EU car there is alot of options and trims compare to North Americana car rink so I assume VW group would make the cars with more deferent wiring harnesses

if you just slap in a battery with out coding it ( letting the computer know what exact variant of a battery it is ) it might cause some damage to the alternator and electronics.

more than likely! almost all other YT and forums mention wrecking a new battery in about 2 months if not coded. This is because the car will treat the new battery as if it were original and knackered one. Even if it lasts a year it is a poor value for you hard earned money. You need a Pro version of the Next Gen OBDEleven .. around £87 in UK money... The Pro plan part of the deal reverts back to basic after 12 months.. However Basic is still a useful thing to have to diagnose faults or clear them after fixing. It's still cheaper than the £300 VW want for my Polo EFB battery replacement and coding even buying a higher specification battery too!

You can do with both engine on or electronics on though I would just do electronics on ( just because the alternator is off since the engine is off. ) You never know with such complex cars these days. Better safe than sorry.

I tinkered with the limits ( trial and error ). There isn't much online for the newer gen Audi's so I played around to see the limits :) If you do get the tool make sure to go for the Pro version so you can do basic settings and adaptations.

3 thing are needed. 1 Adaptive headlights 2 Level Sensors for both front and back ( attaches to the suspension ) 3 Headlight module to be programed so it knows your headlights are adaptive.

Its not adaptive suspension just a headlight leveling sensor attached to the suspension to let the headlights know the load to make them go up or down depending on the load ( how high or low the suspension is ) and the left and right would be via steering sensor input ( when you turn left or right the steering wheel already has a sensor in it )
