I’ve been watching a lot of documentaries and such about history and specifically about Rome more intensively for about 3 years and I’ve watched a specific topic from a variety of different channels so to evaluate better the information and I got to say that this video was really well made and the way you narrate is extremely good! Really impressed, I’m sure I’m oversimplifying this but I can’t help but think about our current immigration crisis. For people and their families to travel on foot to places unknown, risking their lives the conditions had to be absolutely horrendous. The hopelessness they must have experienced. I love history and look for channels like yours on RUclips all the time. I have never wrote a comment before but I think the way you talked about the subject and how relatable you made it was perfect. There are a lot of people with your knowledge "I think". But they have a hard time explaining it at a non academic level while making it interesting. You nailed it. Lastly, I have read books watched several lectures and not once heard about the king using ice for his drink. To me, that takes the sophistication of the bronze age to a new level. Even watching his video I could think of 3 or 4 examples of same sex relationship mentioned outside of myths.
