Hey! Just wanted to thank you again. Got another 50ish games in and hit plat after being hard stuck gold for about 300 matches lol. I really focused on not floating resources and keeping constant production up and I feel like I started struggling a lot less.

Hey Clumsy Goldfish! It's the no monitor guy :) Great video! Thanks for the tips! I absolutely wanted to go Castle in the game vs english and definitely forced that idea which turned out to be my downfall, well that and not making archers. I don't know what my thinking was going for a barracks, probably hoping i could reach castle somehow and create maa. I definitely need to work on the start. The reason i start on a straggler tree is from a Valdemar tower rush build order guide. But I never actually tower rush. I just want to get the wood for a stable as soon as I age up. I also realise I often build a barracks without actually using it immediately. So will definitely look into denying gold, especially to an HRE player. Do you also have any tips for determining when to push and when not to? I never thought I could take the HRE player after I won that first battle. Thinking my maa weren't strong enough. Looking at the endgame stats I gave him a lot of time to create his army again while I wasn't creating as many military. Which could've cost me the game if I waited too long. Thank you for reviewing my game :) You're right it was an 'odd' game.. I didn't know what to do. I like that you don't just nitpick but provide overall strategy. Having scouts with the raiders is something I don't do but makes sense. It's crazy he had all these vills exposed but I wasn't finding them. You're right to watch to 25min in the game which is when I should've won. It became one of these super extended siege battles but that is probably all irrelevant when I should've won already with a couple of key decisions. I didn't realise my army was that much bigger as well. I do have a question. You said I 'should've killed him early' but you're not saying attack into his base where his keeps are? You're just saying by being more aware of the map, scouting and raiding vills he would've tapped out and had no money

I really did a bad mistake dont getting the relics.. Usually, I dont do it while playing other civs.. I'm learning Delhi, but I play a little better with Rus, HRE, Otto. Hey, thank you very much. I appreciate it a lot that you take your time to watch my game. You identified a lot pretty well. I try to react on some aspects you mention. - There are a lot missclicks, in particular the tc rally point. It happens in almost every game. Mostly later in the game, sometimes earlier, obviously. - Resource management is a big point, true. I forget to make production. I often have too many resources of one kind. - Didn't expect so many early idle vills actually. Mostly I have them later in the game. And then a lot. That was my main point when I made the Reddit post :) Any further ideas how to train this? I am the one with the highest villager idle time in every game. And I know it is pure resources I waste. And I don't know what to do about it. Maybe I just can't do anything about it. I have no clue...
