These were the menace RC patches with adapters. I run the True RC X air^2 now.

Personally still walksnail because of the price and feel but O3 looks better.

I actually don't find the DJI guys flying areas of the spot I cant. With the new True RC dual Xhair on the Goggles X; I'd bet the additional penetration the O3 gets might be good enough to maintain a vidoe feed but likely isn't usable for any amount of comfortable freestyling.

@@madladdan Aahh good question..🤔Even those that do have the x^2 with DJI, I don't see them flying through crazy walls/buildings.

Joshua Bardwell is honestly and amazing guy to turn to if youve got any questions, but sure i mean i think stingy swarm also has a vid? but if u wanna do rates, use actual rates, easier to tune imo, others are still a bit confusing to me, find a center rate that suits u, without and flick or fast moves fly like you regularly would and make sure u can do the basic things(usually people end up around 100-300), and then find your max rate to whatever your liking is(usually 700-1200) and then adjust expo to whatever you feel like is right for u, honestly theres no best rated, just guidelines to help out, everything else depends on how you as the pilot wants it to feel

I've just assembled a Speedybee based drone, with walksnail moonlight, but I am honestly frightened to fly it as Ive spent so much on it and might break it 😃 I bought an avata 2 with dji goggles 3, unfortunately they don't support o3 air unit yet. I liked the full manual mode of the drone, that's why I decided to enter the hobby 😄

@@kavorka8855 congrats to u buddy, but also if you're afraid of crashing then dont even get into fpv, especially if its freestyle/racing, youre gonna spend a majority of your time crashing into things, if not breaking them then scratching things up, so theres that, also u can always go for the sim until youre comfortable enough to go to the real thing, and when u do just go to some open spot so the risk of u hitting something thats not the ground is lower, and ofc have fun, no point in joining fpv if u arent having fun either

I don't know much about either radio because I still fly an old QX7. I would go with the a Boxer to be safe. 03 is still a great choice, just going to cost more.

More like that's how bad I thought the 03 would be with 100Hz screen.

Since IVe had the Action 4 for a while, I've been getting sd errors, but it is slightly more reliable than Gopro.

@@BaldmanFPV The DJI stuff seems to be sensitive to SD cards, like my O3 Air Unit doesnt like some nice high Spec Samsung SD's, but they work fine on other devices that require the same speed levels.. Now i just buy Sandisk Extreme Pro Micro SD cards AND I only buy the 256GB or bigger cards, because they hide the fact that to get the full advertised speeds for most of these SD card brands, it needs to be their bigger capacity cars. I found this out by buying Two 128GB SanDisk Extreme Pro's, instead of one 256GB SD Card. But they a reduced Read & Write speed, i forget what it said on the chart, but it was only at 60% of the Advertised Speed for the Class 3 SD's. If you look closely they do have an Asterisk mark there, and it does say "Advertised Speeds only capable on 256GB & larger SD Card models... Pluds it just seems to randomly not like other Brands like the Samsung EVO SD'd i have, but sometimes it works fine.. I would try a Sandisk Extreme Pro 256GB card or bigger. Its on DJIs "apporved list of SD card" specifially as well.. Havent had a problem since switching to using the Sandisk SD Cards in any of my newer DJI stuff..

@@BaldmanFPV I had the same issues with my O3 Air Unit, my Avata, and my DJI Air Unit/Vistas even... The solution i've found is to just use one of their recommended SD Cards. I personally recommend the SanDisk Extreme Pro 256GB or larger. One thing i learned when shopping for SD Cards is that basically almost always, the advertised speed is only for the 256GB or larger cards... I personally now use only the SanDisk Extreme Pro 256GB, as i have 3 of them and i have an older 64gb I use in a GoPro. That's the largest the O3 Air Unit & Avata was said to accept at the time, but I think it says you can use up to a 512GB SD card now instead. I Haven't had a single SD Card Error or SD "Speed Too Slow" Error, at all anymore after switching, and my other SD cards were name brands with the proper specs like Samsung, etc.. They were on the smaller side and I ended up using them in other things that i needed them for, so I didn't end up with a bunch of extras from just replacing them with the SanDisk model. The DJI stuff, including the Action Cameras just seem to be sensitive to the SD Cards, and these just work great with the SanDisk Extreme Pro 256GB (or higher) capacity for the full write speed, and it just works.. Plus they're easy to get at most electronic store's and they're not overpriced like some others i've seen. They're usually actually on sale on Amazon, plus with free prime overnight shipping if you have prime..
