Hello there 👋 I love your garden and you sweet pups 🐶! I have a chichi, He is 15 now. The last year or 2 he was having such stiffness in his hind legs . We felt so bad and it was only getting worse every day . Having trouble going potty and falling over while number 2 😢 and couldn’t go up and down steps …We tried PetLabCo - Joint Care Chew It actually worked and fast !!! I was so thankful . He’s getting his mobility back and feels better too I think . Good luck on the summer garden, It loves you ! 🪴 💗 Many blessings

Dear Claudi, I love your balcony garden so much! Yes, we have to face some set backs, but at the end we are happy, aren´t we? :) I have a good season of tomatoes and potatoes, not so good with herbs, there have to be inside, or else they got same strange pests, that nothing helps against it. And YES! The ide idea with the copper protection is genius! Look, many outside gardeners use cooper rings to protect, f.e. their Hostas with it! So why not? I love the way you have used all the space on your balcony and still have the place to sit down and enjoy your hard work. I am fan! Many kisses to Bella and Maya, they are so cute! Cannot wait for your next video! I have a question: How often do you fertilize your balcony plants. I do once a week, I am happy with it, but afraid, if it isn´t too often. Much love from Slovakia. Glad to see you are working through the bird issue!! An idea- can you try stapling some of the netting to the underside of arbor roof to keep birds out?

forgot to mention; I also grow celery in containers. I harvest the leaves also, dehydrate them and make celery salt with them. I also do that with my excess oregano, sage, rosemary. Yummy on roasted veggies or chicken.

I am so happy for you ; even though you had some challenges, the garden is thriving. I know about the birds also; last year, I had chickadees eating my swiss chard and this year, the blue jays are eyeing the grapes and the blueberries. They come and check it out every morning. I let them have their fun; I enjoy giving a bit of blessings to them. I'll wake up one morning and they will all have been picked clean; you'd think they would leave me some. LOL!!

I stopped caring so much when I hit about 35. I have never fit in with the norm, so I embraced it even more! I sway to my own music now, at almost 50, and I am good with that.

I think it depends on the losses in our lives. I have always had a very small family. My 2 sisters haven’t spoken to me for almost 10 years and won’t tell me why. So I’m left with my 89 year old dad 2 hours’ drive from me. And he’s more of a loner. I enjoy being with people, though I’ve always lived alone. In fact, I find I need friends and social interaction. Too much alone time can cause me to become depressed. What brand yarn were you using? I love those colors!

I am right there with you. I’ve been stuck in the restaurant industry for years. You always have to be “on” how I think of it. Friendly, kind, warm, just chatty with people. I’ve been burnt out for a long time but don’t know what other kind of job I’d do. I find myself getting overwhelmed and anxious when it’s very busy. I definitely enjoy my quiet time at home before and after work. Even if we are introverts I don’t know that we’re supposed to become completely isolated. I believe people were meant to live in community and help each other, encourage each other and be kind to each other and you can’t do that if your locked away. I guess you could have blog or platform of some sort but it’s not the same as doing those things in person.
