I used to do Yoga many years ago. I went to classes with a friend and her mom. I did it at home and meditated often and I started seeing strange entities in my bedroom. Be careful.

I used to read self help books but now I just read my Bible and Christian books. My favourite authors are Jonathan Cahn, Dr Jeremiah and Jimmy Evans.

I pretty much agree with everything except Yoga. I am a Christian woman and I love doing the yoga exercises. It’s has kept me very fit not to mention great for your neck and back. I do not think it’s meant for the yoga exercises but more so for those who meditate and a pray to some Buddha.

In my Christian walk, I nolonger watch movies or follow TV series just because a lot of these movies and series teach me nothing and have a way of leaving me feeling like I'm straying from God. Instead, I choose to watch shows that teach me useful skills such as cooking, decorating, gardening, and such. Good riddance to movies!

Wow those are strong evidences that the Holy Spirit is working within your life and your family. none of what you mentioned here is silly. There’s a plain distinction between that of the enemy and that of Christ. In my case, I stopped wearing revealing, tight-fitting clothes. I stopped drinking alcohol, I only read self help books that are more Christian oriented. Little by little changing habits to be better.

yoga is paying homage to Hindu gods. It's actually a serious spiritual practice to those who practice hinduism. Christians or anyone else who's not hindu or deliberately trying to serve other gods doesn't have any business doing it. You are doing right..not being too serious.

How you create your content and manage it without getting overwhelmed or overtaken by the worldliness of the platforms I feel a desire to share things I have learned from the Lord in my years of being a wife and mother but I feel so intimidated by how easily these platforms can get someone off track

I no longer use TikTok. I used to make POVS on there, which were fun, but the POVS were coping mechanisms. Instead of taking my needs to Christ, I posted POVS based on my life. Also, I eventually started mindless scrolling on TikTok at night, which led me to lose sleep.

I pray the Lord covers you in His blood to protect you and your family from the enemies attacks and that you continue to be emboldened and preach the Good News to women through your channel 🤍🙏🏼 Highs: my baby and I had our second week appt with our midwives. She was born 7 lbs 3 oz and is already 8 lbs 8 oz! My chunky healthy girl. And I’m recovering well, although I’ve got some things I’d like prayer for… Lows: that being my lady bits are healing but are still rather uncomfortable. I have a yeast infection which is so annoying as my tears heal. Please help pray that goes away so I can feel some relief and not be uncomfortable anymore and feel back to myself fully! That’s literally the last thing bothering me as I recover from birth.
