@@CYBRLFT In 5 days of driving in rain, no interventions or disengagements. One day was a 200 mile heavy rain fest, and in the 3 times during that drive rain was the heaviest, FSD 13.2.2 announced it was lowering it's maximum speed, and moved out of the fast lane, over to the rightmost lane, and slowed to 67 in a 70 in the slow lane, which was fine. Sped back up again when rain eased a little. Nice graceful handling of the truly adverse conditions and heavy cell downpours! In 2 different foggy days, kept it's speed a little below the limit due to visibility, but still at the pace most of the traffic was going, and kept a great following distance to minimize chances of a surprise run-in in the dense fog.

There is always the next thing. Ideally, Hw3 will be able to achieve greater than human capability. My thought is that computers usually get smaller over time, and with a small amount of effort Tesla will be able to offer hardware upgrades to older vehicles for the forseen future. I don't think that the controls system will need upgrades at least for a handull of cpu generations.

My mindset is that I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. I don’t see any reason to put off purchasing a fantastic HW4 car to continue my pursuit of data on FSD and honestly to treat myself to the best the model 3 has to offer. I also think it’ll give time to see what Tesla decides to do as far as HW upgrades for older models.

What an ignorant statement. The amount of pain, anguish, life long injuries, and loss of innocent life that occurs in countries that have no guns is so much higher than in the US its ridiculous. The stats even in the US between pro and anti states/city's are crystal clear, anti gun = more violence. Assaults, home invasions, strong arm robberies, and on and on are so much higher its actually scary. There is no way I would ever want to live anywhere that my 115lb wife or daughter had no way to protect themselves against a 350lb man. If you don't understand the statement 'S&W made ALL PEOPLE equal' you don't understand humans.

Damn straight it’s worth it because it sparks the conversation that allows me to educate folks who are fed the gun control narrative. Restricting access to firearms for the law abiding citizens does nothing positive for reducing gun violence. All it does is weaken innocents against violent criminals. With regard to school shootings, they’re absolutely horrible to think about but fortunately only contain 1-2% of gun related violence and can be addressed through proper firearms education for parents and better safety and storage practices. Defund Gun Control is about protecting our constitutional right to carry and protect the community from violent criminals. I plan to cover this topic in more detail on the @kmdiscourse channel. As far as losing subscribers go… I don’t pander to the spoiled brats of the internet, nor do I care for the threat of folks leaving the channel. Offering your private vehicle on Turo is very risky. This applies double to 'popular' 'hot' cars. The damage that a renter can do to suspension and drive train parts isn't covered by your insurance, probably won't be covered under normal warranties and probably can't be pinned on the renter who did the damage because it may not show up for weeks or months. Based on recent front page news, I would expect Turo's business to plummet. As far as I know, if you are honest with your insurance company about your commercial use of your vehicle (Turo, Lyft, Uber, etc.) Your rates should go up.
