Mr Sinister aka Nathaniel Essex is scientist born in the 1800's who was obsessed with evolution and geneti mutation. So much so he spent centuries experimenting on mutants. Harvesting there organs and DNA to advance himself and prolong himself. Sinister is obsessed with Scott Jean because of their genetics. Scott has Superior DNA 🧬 meaning he has the perfectly pure mutant genes to create Omega level mutants. With gene already being an Omega level mutant Sinister knew a child born between the two would be invincible. Sinister also owned the orphanage Scott lived in and spent years abusing him

One of my fave episodes - Callie who plays Lindy was amazing - the subtleties of the racism are actually peppered throughout the episode if you look (mistaking the Doctor for different people for example). Also I think this was NCuti's first shot episode (the doctor light ones were because he had shooting to do for Sex Education) which is incredible.

Perhaps visiting the Original X-Men the Animated Series (1992-1996) would have helped you a little with some character and helped you figure out why this happened or that. though this series did well as a jumping on point, the earlier episodes. Early Egypt showed En Sabh Nur later known as Apocalypse. Apocalypse picks up Gambits card in the Present. In the Future. No details, but Apocalypse has something to do with that too

The top comment on the Wowhead video has a good breakdown of the various pieces this is built from. The early dramatic build through Xal'atath switching to the Alleria theme fits not just musically, but in terms of the characters' places within the story. As another comment said, Blizzard arachnophobia mode so we are not scared, then gave us the Xal'atath theme. I'm not sure we're ending this expansion on a win in-game. Like normal, there are a number of callbacks to previous themes, but some I had expected aren't there. The Xal'atath theme in TWW is different from BFA. I think there are some callbacks to Azeroth's Last Hope in a few places. Dragonflight's soundtrack wasn't as good as the others, but for me the 10.2 Emerald Dream was some of the best I've heard. The music tied in 20 years of musical history for the culmination of some of the long-running storylines. The Alleria: Light and Shadow short has some good music too.

If you are going to play WoW now is the best time as its the start of them tying up amazing storylines.

The ”Alleria” music is really good. Also worth checking out ”hallowfall Inn” and ”khaz algar inn”. ”cinderworld” is also one of my favorites so far.

Loved your reaction and loved this finale, which I thought was a very satisfying resolution to some storylines, and an opener for others (I’m looking at YOU, Aramis and Queen Anne)! But say goodbye to the Cardinal, as Peter Capaldi accepted the role as Dr. Who as this season was being filmed. And while I count season one as my favorite, I must say season two is also excellent. Season three is a divisive season for many; some hate it as they see it as a big betrayal of some of the characters, and TBH when I heard that EP Adrian Hodges quit after season two, I was concerned that season three would be, well, a mess. So personally I was extremely pleased at how it turned out. But I’m wondering if that was because my expectations were lowered. Regardless, I loved all three seasons overall.

I have really enjoyed your insight and analysis of season 1 of 'The Musketeers'. Thank you for the time and effort you have expended upon it. I was really looking forward to hear what you had to say about the explosive finale and was not disappointed, agreeing with you all the way. For me, it was definitely my favourite season as the characters were introduced, developed and their back stories revealed, although I have always had reservations about Milady's claim that she killed Thomas when he tried to force himself on her, believing it was all part of her manipulation of d'Artagnan to kill Athos. She claims she 'did it for love' but wanted to stop Thomas from revealing to his brother what he had discovered about her having a criminal past. She wanted to continue the luxurious life of a countess with the handsome Comte who was besotted with her. I don't doubt that she loved him in her own way. There are some excellent storylines in the second series and the brotherhood grows stronger even as it's tested once again so I am eager to know what you think. Until season two then, thank you once again. 😊

The sphere at the end may relate to Kang the conqueror in the form of Rama Tut. Another of his versions Immortus was introduced in the original series. So it seems possible that's who Apocalypse is fighting in that time

pretty sure professor x isn't re-educating eric, he most likely locked away a part of magneto's pain into himself and is trying to mend the hole it's left. i'll say no more.

Basically the end is setting up a famous X-Men villain who wasn't used much in the films. He is a villain I think you'll like. He is an immortal mutant who has lived 1,000's of years and shows up a lot in time travel stories involving the X-Men. That is why some of them were in the past in ancient Egypt, far future, and even present day Genosha. That villian is Egyptian and lived in ancient Egypt. He also is in A LOT of stories about it xmen being in the future. AND cable is almost this villian's arch nemesis constantly traveling to the past to try to stop this villian. I don't want to spoil this villian for you so I'm being very vague on purpose. Just giving you some context to help explain the ending. This villian explores a lot of stories about "godhood" and "survival of the fittest". A very powerful villain. That even has ways to revive dead people and dead mutants which is why that villain was holding the queen of hearts to foreshadow this villian bringing Gambit back to life, likely to use gambit in this villian's grand plan or as a henchman. This villian I'd compare kinda to The Master from Dr who. Where as this season Bastion is kinda like Cybermen and Mr Sinister is kinda like Davros, this villain being foreshadowed for season 2 is more like the Master in a way or actually, more like the time lords themselves. Magneto is guess is more like the Master being so emotionally connected to our heroes. This foreshadowed villain is kinda more like the time lords of dalek emperor I guess if I'm sticking to my Dr who comparisons.

Yeah the whole point of the xmen is Logic against Emotional in a world that hates you, is about minorities fighting to get a space in world where others are so intolerant that you feel Emotion and dreams may be fatal. Xmen were not created with this purpose, but I love that since the 80s this became their main focus.

Jubilee is powerful she uses atomic/subatomic blasts as fireworks. I believe she can do like nukes if she really let loose. She’s not omega level but she’s still powerful I think so.

Ok, so En Sabah Nur is Apocalypse, the guy in ancient Egypt and present day Genosha. That was Gambit's card, he's probably going to be raised from the dead as Death, one of Apocalypse's Four Horseman of Apocalypse. The old lady with Nathan in the future was Mother Askani. I don't remember much about her honestly, that comic story was decades ago.

That scene with the x-men in Egypt they helped a young apocalypse. Now that mid credits scene that took place in present day genosha that guy was also apocalypse holding Gambit's burned queen of hearts card. Which basically means Gambit is coming back but as one of apocalypse's horsemen. Horsemen of death

Season 2 was already written before this season premiered so it seems 3 seasons were ordered. But the head writer was let go one week before this season premiered so season 3 is going to have a different head writer. Season 2 is still be animated probably close to done like over half way. Season 2 could premiere as early as next year. But unfortunately the show didn't do that well with ratings as far as we know so it seems season 3 could be the last season. Unless season 2 shows more viewership it seems the show maybe just 3 seasons
