In this video I use my Anti Roll Bar to show you how I paint Roll Bar, Suspension and Chassis Parts. I've had great success with this process over the years and I hope that you too can benefit from this easy to follow and simple method:
1. Remove the part that needs painting along with any bushings, bolts, screws, etc.
2. Use a wire wheel attachment for a drill or wire brush to remove existing paint, rust, mud, heavy deposits. Take your time on this step as the more you get off the better the end result will be.
3. Use something like a 60 grit sandpaper and dry sand the part(s) removing any remaining rust/deposits.
