She’s still beautiful
This essentially made Peri Brown my favorite Classic Who companion. Nicola Bryant is a phenomenal actress and her American accent is one of the best I've heard from a Brit. What I love most about this is how the two of them are so ready to continue their adventures and to continue being forces of good in the universe.
Actually, since Vicki was in the TARDIS before Steven, wouldn't that make her more like a big sister?
This mini series is the best thing to come out of the franchise in recent years
This made me cry tears of joy, from a place deep down in my childhood. Although I am only in my 40's some of my earliest memories are of watching 1, with Vicky, Stephen, Barbara, etc. as a kid with my family on PBS; our Sunday night ritual as a child, defined me as an adult, and I like to think that Doctor Who influenced me for the better. This was beautifully written, and played to both the characters experience, and the audience regarding how the Doctor and Doctor Who has affected our lives. I am glad that new generations are finding ways to dig into the original content and that their stories continue in other mediums, such as Big Finish, especially now that bi-generation could mean that all of the previous doctors are out there, somewhere.
I think Hartnell would have been pleased.
I cried when I first saw this. He’s always been my favorite Doctor. So touching to see Six and Peri back together.
How does Daniel Anthony stop ageing like this, its unfair lol.
I don't watch Dr. Who, but they should of just gotten Peter Davidson to come back one more time instead of the new guy. I don't know how, but I'm sure someone could figure something out.
These stories are one thing they’ve got right
So this is what peak looks like.
I can't even, Jamie talking about the 2nd Doctor and Victoria makes me cry like a newborn kitten.
"Somewhere there's danger - Somewhere there's injustice - and Somewhere else the tea's getting cold"
the two of them officially having their memories restored is one of the best things to come out of current doctor who
peri aged beautifully
One of the GREATEST SCI FI EVER. ALL THE TIME CONS. 5 OF THEM I GOT TO MEET SYLVESTER MCCOY AND TOM BAKER😂❤
He wasn't looting. At that time the excavations were done with the cooperation of the Egyptian government. Whether that was appropriate by today's standards is debatable, but it wasn't looting. Looting was done for centuries by Egyptians. But thanks for the holier than thou scolding and the mention of cultural appropriation in the story itself -- the same story in which RTD literally lynches and African god.
I’ve seen very little of classic who, but these shorts are beautiful. So much emotion; so much wonderful writing. It’s a remarkable reminder of how beautiful the character driven aspect of Doctor Who can be. The stories and relationships of characters can often set off an entire era of the show.
I'm not crying...
This is New Who desperately trying to ride on the memories of Classic Who, even as New Who works to destroy Classic Who in its every ideal.
This is a remembrance TARDIS. It allows New Who to remember Classic Who in an effort to desperately try to hang on and carry itself on what Classic Who was, even as New Who works hard to mock and destroy it.
Cringe ass comment
Tales of talking. This is awful - it just reminds us how much Doctor Who lost when Classic Who crap began.
Cringe ass comment
Just talking = awful.
This serves to remind us how Doctor Who has fallen - New Who is garbage.
If only we could get Doctor Who like Classic Who instead of the New Who garbage. If only we could have a Doctor like the Professor. It would be ACE!
Cringe ass comment
This is so great makes me nostalgic!! if only they could have put a classic console on the floor instead of the 13th Doctor's weird console lol.
Her TARDIS honestly grew on me, I miss her and the crew tbh 😩
@montelhelem8707 I don't completely hate it, it's just different.
I was a young teenager when these two travelled together. How lovely. Thank you BBC.
The Memory Tardis isn't the Tardis' memory, it's the fans'.
These are so great! I thought we would never get to watch these in the US thanks for uploading it!
"5 daughters, legs hairier than mine" 😳😅😉
Tom Baker and Louise Jameson please 😢
I love these two!
So happy to see two of my favorite companions just getting right back in the old groove
My lord she aged like a fine wine
I had the honor of meeting this wonderful man. Truly an excellent human
Tales of the TARDIS was one of the greatest ideas in New Who
I'm so glad they acknowledged Jo wasn't in love with The Doctor. It honestly bugs me that everyone who encounters The Doctor needs to have their own little love story with them. So many of them were shoehorned in for unnecessary drama it got distracting. And Jo was so amazing here. Encouraging Clyde to tell Rani how she feels. It's so sweet and genuine, and the way she talked about Cliff made their relationship feel like less of the whirlwind romance it was back in The Green Death. Katy was absolutely amazing in this. Funny and clumsy as ever but with so much heart it bursts out of her sleeve. Jo Grant has been my overall favorite companion since I got into Classic Doctor Who and this highlighted all the elements that make her special to me. Katy Manning has the that same spark that Elizabeth Sladen has to reach out across generations and embrace you like you're family.
He used to be the most handsome of the Doctors but age has cought up with him.
The similarities between Ace and Sarah Jane Smith, all we have to do is look 😢
Even Colin can't carry all those colors now. It's okay, he's still the Sixth Doctor, and I remember his time fondly. All of these Tales wraparound stories give me good vibes.
Call me a sap, but Six and Peri out there still fighting for us is everything that I need.
He will.always be my Doctor I grew up with him and Ace. How much of who I am is due to them..... ah better not to worry. To be who we are meant to be.
I remember reading the curse of fenryk on holiday in Anglesey when I was 8. How things change and effect us. It makes us who we are today.
Old age makes the Sixth Doctor go from cold and sharp tongued to a time travailing Father Christmas
I have to admit, I never bought Peri as a warrior queen. Going of with Yacarnos (sp.) seemed totally against type. And her being tortured and all. It was really weird. I also have to say with time, I really like 6. Every regeneration bring out a part of the whole Doctor's to the fore. And therefore the costume actually works for me as well. Only someone full of themselves thinks they would look good in anything. It reeks of ego and crazy!😃 I did like the reference of Varos and 21st century Earth. I've thought that for years.
He Looks Like Santa Wow Peri’s Grown Up And Oh My God It’s Santa
This is my doctor and ace it's so emotional too
The surest indicator of defeat is giving up.
Is it just me or does seven remind me of poriot
Everything about this is bad. The intrusive score. The mawkish sentiment. Everything.
Cringe ass comment
