Dear Enzo and Celia, I have been missing your videos and hoping you were well, but now I have seen the video of your home for sale and read that Enzo has a cancer diagnosis. My husband was diagnosed with cancer a little over 2 years ago, I don’t know exactly what you’re going through but I do know it throws your life into a tailspin. Thankfully his treatment has so far been successful, monitoring will happen for several more years. I hope you both will find comfort in the love of family and friends and enjoy the special moments as you negotiate the situation. Enzo’s smile is ever uplifting. May your love and happy memories see you both through until Enzo is back in the kitchen! Buon Anno e Abbracci.

Lovely video ; I spent a marvellous week in Lucca at Christmas a few years ago . I recall strolling up Via San Paolina one afternoon . There was a Fruttivendola selling amongst other things some delicious clementines , the chocolateria Cannaporoli had ahouse made of chocolate on display . And , best of all , a lady had a stall with a brazier and Castagne Arrosta - delicious . Tanti auguri a voi due

Hey…best wishes for Enzo’s healthy recovery. As far as selling your home, sad as it might be, that time was probably coming regardless. Lots of upkeep. Now think about living full time in Centro Storico and all it offers. Amazing and what fun! Your medical needs will be taken care of close by, Via Barbarini is there and the ospedale, San Luca, only 4-5 KM away. Future is bright. Hope you sell soon. And glad to have you back❤
