when you don’t trade with a villager, it will despawn after 10 minutes. when you update you game from a version before 1.14 to another one, it doesn’t recognise that you’ve traded with the villagers, despawning them. that’s why some stayed: you traded with those ones before leaving the area

Ahh if you dont trade with some in 10 minutes while your away the villages despawn.

Update: I still have no idea whats going on haha Update 2: I think it was the villagers I hadnt traded with despawned
