For everyone that keeps asking. The flutter is called compressor surge. I am still running a fully adjustable forge BOV that isnt blanked. I use a bunch of custom parts and my turbo is a custom built billet VF48. if your going to leave some negative comment or opinionated comments then go find someone else's videos to comment on.
