Same i just spent the whole day deciding if it'll be my only non-ETF because I'm a little risk averse and ended up thinking doing a 50/50 split gamble on ASML and TSM. Former because it seems like people are panic selling? That's the main gamble that's it's an overreaction by the market. And TSM just seems like as safe as you can be for the semiconductor industry

Wrong ur wrong bear markets are short lived bull markets are much longer look at the history of sp 500 it always goes up
that's not the point. 3x leverages slowly rob you of your money because of how they are structured. the daily resets work against you over time. this is not like investing in the s&p500
False information. Google search for the price of UPRO. Check the gain from inception which was in Jun 2009. Today is the 30th of November 2024 and till date it has gained nearly 8000%. SPY gained nearly 500% in the same time frame. This despite the fact that UPRO has a much higher expense ratio. Repeat the same with TQQQ vs QQQ. Or any other pair of 3x leveraged ETF vs the non leveraged equivalent.

Hey Slav, great video, increase your shares to 100 and start selling covered CALL OPTION way out of the money, you should be able to generate 20% to 50% profit annually while waiting for it to blast to the moon!

amd is still garbage. lisa su is in over her head and only good at gas lighting with no results to show for it. So many better companies out there this year while amd still can't get out of it's own way. Maybe 2025 may be better like 2024 was supposed to be? 3 months into the second half of the year and amd is still only up single digits and falling.
i just find it little bit strange that the market cap is around 2billion... i mean nvidia is "only" double the market cap. and 99% of people know nvidia. for ionq 99% people don't know. i think the market cap is way to high... but sure interesting

You should have stayed in. MPW is now at almost $6.40 a share and there’s a lot more good news coming along with a short squeeze possibility.
I hear ya. I left money on the table for sure, but I’m up 20% on my investment i put the money in, so I can’t be too mad. i might take another look at the company, but I’m not a fan of the way management handles things and the space in general, so I will probably not be investing again. good luck 🍀 =)

looks like defensive asset plays. However Robinhood a bit riskier, I favor Affirm long termer term on pullbacks , taking market share from credit cards with long runway.
@@Acquisition1913I haven’t done any looking into Affirm. I should. Robinhood is risky, but I’m only entering if it gets bellow $14. I need a big margin of safety. Although, they’ve been growing like crazy and I will most likely miss the boat on that one. I’m positioned pretty defensively going into the election/ lowering rates environment(typically associated with market downturns and worsening economy) 🤷♂️

Just the spread is large. Nothing nefarious, i don't think.
it’s just a liquidity provider making a market. the part that could be considered nefarious is that the MM’s algo front runs my trade. it receives the data from my entry and copies it 1500 times, so i have no chance to be the one collecting that premium. not necessarily nefarious, just a big dominating whale taking the lunch of smaller players through automation, data, and speed advantage. it’s a competition out there, so i guess all is fair.

2000 shares @ 10.90 . As a software developer, I find their tech to be very impressive. That combined with growing financials; it was a no-brainer buy for me

Why did BOXX go down .28 about a 1/4 percent on 8/13/24 ?
My guess is execution error. It’s had similar dips(although not as large) in the past and it has swiftly recovered. It hasn’t yet, but there is still a chance. Another hypothesis could be that they are collecting their fee all at once instead of a bit at a time.

Had traded it successfully after the last big drop in late 22ish. I liked holding it a lot better when it still paid the dividend. I do t think intel will die as a company, but it may be a “too big to fail” GM bail out type of situation

How about you stop lying? How many people are f up today for using margin loans to buy CRWD? These kind of video might be a potential that leads some of these idiots to take such a loan to buy crwd. Bouncing back but when? At the same time, they are getting margin loan every day?

As a Hong Kong person I advise you not to buy HSBC stock. I have seen HSBC stock rise and fall through the decades. I even used to own some back in it's glory days of the mid 2000s. HSBC has faced increased regulatory scrutiny in recent years, leading to higher compliance costs and reputational damage. Also it has too much exposure to emerging markets. This, among other reasons, has impacted investor confidence.
Thanks for the heads up. However, what if one is bullish on emerging markets? Wouldn’t HSBC have a safe leveraged bet on any growth there?

Whats your problem with debt ? dept dept dept, you are you the dept holder ? US is 35 trillion in debt and is doing fine compared to bulgaria. Chinas n1 trading partner is the US with 665 billion. You gotta get rid of this eatern europian communist mindset that asia is somehow unstable. Asians are also human beings with brains. So HSBC and MSCI is a buy long term.
I don’t have a problem with debt. My largest position by far is Realty Income which not just carries large debt, but also dilutes like crazy. I was also invested in MOW which has enormous debt as well. You say eastern people have brains, but in the same breath acknowledge that there is a “mentality.” I actually agree with the mentality comment. It’s hard to do business in the east as they don’t look at capitalism the same way and it trickles all the way through the culture. I’ve been to many countries and have seen it first hand. I’ve talked to CEO’s in Bulgaria as well and I would not invest my money there.
