Great video! I was part of the first Nihon Ramen Academy class and it was totally awesome. They go over the soup making process, aroma oil, noodle making, toppings and tare sauce. Though I took many different ramen classes in Japan tare making was still something of a mystery until master Shono-san explained it all in detail his thought process. Highly recommended and I hope to take this class again soon. 👏🙏🙌

Strange as it is, I could vicariously live watching you eat the real deal. Wish Japanese cuisine had made it to England.
