A soaking rain for Northern California today. The wind will pick up in the afternoon with gusts over 40 mph. There will be more rain and snow on Thursday and early Friday.

Many areas will be dry during the day Monday. Rain and snow start Monday night. Tuesday looks windy and wet with Sierra snow. Another storm will impact the area on Thursday.
