Would block not work that well against an Apex? I guess not since they're so powerful it'd be like as soon as the guard comes down they just win that trade? I was thinking maybe barrage them after they hit the block then try to throw the block up right after but I think they'd bite too fast, right?

Against apexes, forget about it? No, not at all. Run retaliate and hero's stand, use thumb barrage to activate heros stand and then slam when they bite you, you'll do 1/3 of their health with one slam. You can outright win facetanks against things like acro and armoured Eo if you can avoid knockback on your slam. Just don't try and face tank a rex. You'll trade lives with a giga using this method.

That's why Iguanodon should avoid apexes.. it has the stam to do so..

In all the times I’ve played this game I’ve never seen it have no cutscene at the beginning impressive glitch find, also you don’t always have to open up the radial for your inventory just press 2 and use scroll wheel to swap weapons that are hand guns or flare guns, if you press 1 that’s your main weapon which is the rifles and shotgun, 3 is for knives and signal flares as well, and lastly 4 is the large explosives like gas can or propane tanks as well as fireworks a car battery and the remote c4… (I’ve played the game so much I know every location for the safe codes which is really big on helping speedrun the game)

I run 20% more Spike damage but with "envenoment" and toxic barbs. Test it😉

You can cover yourself in mud,go in hc n swap to toxin and you keep the armor and it wont wash off lol💀
