I'm debating between the DS FX or the Homestar Flux though unfortunately the FX is out of stock right now where as I can get the Flux really easy so I can't decide if i should wait for the FX to come back in stock or order the Flux I live in Australia too so postage would take a while either way.

God bless You Tube instruction videos !!!😂 I have a question: In the very minimal instructions, it says #8 While the Moon is successfully suspended, you can control the "moonlight" by gently tapping the power marks on the base." Anyone have any idea what that is about? I'm not seeing any "power marks on the base"...?? Very cool item. Wish there was a way to adjust the spin.....slower and options to just let it float without the spin.

Hello, love your clips! Just a question, so if I purchase the transparent disk that causes the twinkle effect in the matataki , can that be used in the flux and have the same twinkle effect ?

I have the Flux and it has recently stopped timing off. The timer options are too short but it has always cut off at 3hrs and now it doesn’t. We let our kids fall asleep to the stars so it really needs to time out and not run all night. Any ideas?

Great video. I agree, that holding the base firmly to the surface helps. Just take your time, dont rush it. At some point you might even feel the ridges of axels. Like an X and Y ones. Ps I had to watch this video to make it levitate however my sisters have just put it into place straightaway lol

The ds fx has a limited number of discs, i’ll get the flux and buy the compatible discs from miller engineering. Thanks for the review.

Can't the sega flux or Matataki use the ds discs? making it versatile since it can use the ds chrome and colored discs that are also larger in diameter than the ds-fx?

I have made a decision as well between Pococo, Flux and DS FX, I choose the DS FX for beauty and quality of images, have ordered a bundle and very excited to get it soon. As well be very happy to see more disks and in colour as well, will buy definitely and hope will make a collection of decent cosmic disks🤗🥰

the main problem i see on this ds-fx is the very limited available disks... tey could adapt ds-1 to fx.. or make them compatible anyway... only 4.. isn´t enough. i don´t see so hard to allow the compatibility with homestar disks for example...

app starts in dark backround mode, good. then I go into changing themes and colors and bright white backround. why? I see yours stays in dark mode, how do you do this?

Do the discs work with the BLDQY-02 Projector?? I love the Pococo discs but didn’t know about it until after I bought this other one, and looked up if I could buy more film discs!!
