The avcs filter is not nessecary for a rally car.

Will this work with a vf48 turbo on my 2002 wrx with a 2.5 block with the 2.0 heads

Don't forget to prime the turbo. There's a section on the new line that has no oil in it, you wouldn't wanna starve your turbo bearings even for a couple of seconds while oil pressure builds and flow through the teflon lines.
